Sauber have been saved from the brink of bankruptcy by the Russians. What this means though is that Gutierrez is on his way out at the end of the season (the Telmex money being shifted to McLaren), and instead in will come 17 year old hotshot Sergey Sirotkin.

Well, he'll be 18 by the time the 2014 season starts, but, yeah. That's insane. He'll take the mantle of youngest F1 driver from Jaime Alguersuari with ease.

The other Sauber seat is a bit of a mystery. Nico Hulkenberg isn't hanging around, that much is clear. Gutierrez without money is not an attractive proposition. They already have Robin Frijns on their books as a young test driver, and he looks one of the most promising young talents out there at the moment (more so than Sirotkin), but he has no money, and it would appear Sauber need that. If Massa is sacked by the Scuderia, he could perhaps return to Sauber. But again, Massa would probably demand a salary, which could be an issue.

They will be both well aware that there wont be number 1 driver. That's the first i thought tbh, both are full of themselves and will want to be the first driver.

Well, the official Ferrari statement is "Scuderia Ferrari announces that it has reached an agreement with Kimi Raikkonen. The Finn will join Fernando Alonso in the driver line-up for the next two racing seasons."

I guess that could change, but still. I'm not that worried that Alonso will also be replaced.
