I always found him underwhelming, lot of hype but not nowhere as good. Didn't watch him playing for Inter except when he came on against ManUtd inCL but for City he wasn't good. He had his moments, had good shot but such a frustrating player to watch.

I really admire Balotelli talent even more than Icardi, people say Icardi is making a lot of trouble here but man if only Balotelli as nice as Icardi and didnt get manage by Raiola who corrupting his mind, He probably will score 100 goals faster than Icardi. He had all talent and physical threat but too bad he didnt have mentality to be great player.
