see, that's where i disagree. i am not so sure uefa really have the power to stop them. i can already see psg's team of lawyers and uefa's reaction.

the thing is: is ffp even compatible with ue laws about free market? the biggest revolution of the last 30 years in football was the consequence of some oscure belgian player appealing to the european courts.
Well i m not to sure about that!
But i mean CL and EL are uefa competitions and they can make what ever rules they want, cant they? Like i m not sure if a court can force UEFA to let PSG or City compete in any UEFA organised tournament. Even if a court could it probably would take so much time for the ruling that the CL would already have started without them till the ruling comes out.
My point is that UEFA never even tried to ban them from any Uefa competition so i dont really see them trying to stop them.
I mean even if you loose the court battle just fucking show them that you mean business it s not like Uefa does not have money to waste.
From my point of view Uefa s hardest punishment for those fuckers has been a slap on the wrist and that s it now you cant really expect them to stop if thats all the opposition they get.
Then on the other hand teams like inter, roma, sevilla and valencia are trying their best to complie with this FFp bs without bending the rules and yet it seems like every summer Uefa just shits on all these teams for not reaching the goal while trying very hard. While PSG does not even try at this point and Uefa just seems to be quiet about it.
For me it looks a bit like a teacher who has a couple of A+ students(city, psg barca real) , now he knows they cheat on all the tests but he figures that it would make him look bad if it was known that all his best students are cheating and he does not want to have a discussion with the rich and powerful parents of these students.
Then you have a second crop of students who get B s on the regular but who are really putting in effort to get better but fuck up from time to time. Now when it comes to these students you let them do extra work as much as you can and you punish them when ever they step even the slightest out of line.
Again i might be very off here but to me it really does not look like UEFA is even trying.
