 what the f-ck are you talking about? Samuel was solid against Australia. Give me an example of ONE incident when a player got past him. He either fouled them or tackled them successfully. Which is an effective way to defend. He also made a number of clearances, both aerially and leg-height.

SO PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME - WHY WAS SAMUEL SHIT?

solari is winger not left back!

i would chose alex over samuel. they are great both, but i have bigger trust in alex....

I would defently chose Samuel over Alex at any day, he have the needed experience to step into our line up and then he has Serie a experience so he would not have to adapt for a totally new type of play Alex has too. And then it will not be without any risk if we get Alex since he could turn out to be the next Burdisso. And he is acctually not better then him. I would acctually trust Burdisso just as much as I would trust Alex so it's obvious that I prefers Samuel who is far better then bouth of them.

I agree ,Samuel was class.
Heinze was terrible though.

Heinze wasn't his usual self, but he wasn't nearly as bad as Coloccini who was just terrible.

I still think Coloccini has a lot of potential though.

Hopefully when pre-season starts we announce the signing of Walter Samuel, Santiago Solari, David Marcelo Pizarro and I'm praying that Burdisso can return too. Then we'll get rid of a few players....

Are there no good young Italian defenders that we can buy ?

I somehow dont like the idea of Inter being represented only by South-Americans

u know they r flair players and very entertaining but they lack the tough attitude and organised skills that is there in d DNA of most italians ;)

i am having 2 quote myself

does this mean there r not any good young Italian defenders ???????????

sayaka, look at the NT: if Nesta or Cannavaro are injured, the starter is Materazzi. So, we already have the best italian CD available.

If he's third in line (after Nesta and Cannavaro) wouldnt that make him the third best Frisko? ;)

Objection !
I like Matrix ,but Barzagli is better.
Lippi using Matrix as Crappavaro's and Nesta's first back-up doesn't mean he's better than all the other Italian central defenders ,it only means Lippi rates him higher ,and I'm talking about the man who also prefers Blasi over Zanettino and sold Baggio ,twice.

Chelsea target Kaladze slams AC Milan pals
tribalfootball.com - June 18, 2005

Kakha Kaladze has had a dig at AC Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti's selection policy.
The Georgia international is a target for Chelsea and told Tuttosport yesterday: "In football there is a law that at Milan they have not learned to respect.

"Usually, those who make mistakes must remain outside the team. Instead, at Milan those who played badly continued to stay on the pitch like nothing has happened."

hehe..i find this very funny:)..it seems that ancelotti is playing his friends too:)...anyway..d u guys think kaladze can bee good for us...and if there is any chance for us to get him:)..he will have a big grudge against milan:)..

I'm starting to get tired of these petty fights. If Josigod's opinion is that Samuel had a bad game, then he is entitled to it, without having someone personally attacking him.

Primo-Inter, you have to STOP attacking people personally just because they have a different opinion than you.

i came in with the expectation of seeing new discussion, but instead i read one pages' laughable fu*k up comments. they aren't useful, but they made my day.

moratti just buy samuel already, don't let the chance slip by! when i was watching pazza inter's official mv again today, i just wish that they didn't sell canavaro to juvent, i can clearly see all the joys within the club among all the players. and look at how happy emre was at that time, it's a bit sad that he is going england, and i sure will miss them who were once had a nerazzuri heart in them.
