I really hate to ask this, but the fact that they were given him cpr, could he have passed on the pitch? That is so fucking scary.

To be honest it's not exactly unprecedented in football.

First of all get him stable in hospital then aggressive monitoring and need to work out what might have caused it. It'll be a long road to knowing what his future even looks like atm, but the big thing is he's alive.

Awake is quite an important thing, I'm no doctor but it probably means a lot about potential brain damage limitation if he was out for more than a few minutes etc not getting oxygen in the bloodstream

So glad he is awake. Like most of us, this shook us and I imagine we’ll still need a few hours more before we start to recover from what happened today.

Something like this affects everyone and today it’s shown how much he means to us. By us I don’t mean Inter, just us fans/ people.

We all hope he recovers for this but I think we can all agree that, for now, he both needs and deserves to rest.
