Some of the calls Ibra got against him tonight were ridiculous, especially the one just before he got subbed. But what else is new..
Anyways, even though we had once again a really poor first half it was better then in the previous matches because we dominated more in the sense that we kept possession better, passed the ball better and were better in defence. But since we played for better part of the last matches with ten men that's not really an indication of progress.
Second half started in the same way as the first, but we gradually got into it more and managed to involve Ibra in our build up. Therefore we started creating chances and went 2-0 in the space of three minutes. Suazo who came on at about the same time did a great job. Scored a nice goal and whether he was on the run or had the ball at his feet he was always a danger. We looked that much more lively with him on.
Solid defence, brick midfield, lonely struggling strikers. But atleast we dominated. IMO an improvement from the last matches, which isn't saying much.
It's gonna be fun reading the papers tomorrow.
The thing is in any league offside goals like that get scored a couple of times every season because they're so difficult to call. It's all coincidence. If this continues for let's say one third of Juve's "reign" which would be five years then I'll start getting suspicous. Untill then all the haters can suck dick.
Forza Inter! Nr 1 in Italia, and the only team in Milano.
Peace.
