I stand firmly by my view prior to hiring the gobbo that he's not a better coach than Spalletti or Mancini.
I hope people see what I was talking about back then.
Actually, a 4312 would be the Poch way. That way Lukaku, Lautari, Sanchez and Eriksen could share the stage in roughly rqual amount.
This is a reference to your excellent post brehme regarding modern football how it's more about players than about tactics these days. I don't remember where it is, but please link it here again.
I think that Conte will be sacked at the end of the season, but in january Eriksen will be sent on loan to some Premier team...
This season is gone, even scudetto it's a dream at the moment.

What was supposed to be plan B here? Plan B if Lautaro hits the crossbar or if players keep shooting at GK?

Different setup, different attacking schemes. Fucking anything to try things differently. We weren't hitting crossbars in the second half that much. We hit Lukaku on the forehead though.
Because he dont give a fuck about inter..Look i'm not defending conte here.. This failure is totally on him, but maybe you can try to read this

he changed tactically for the sake of chelsea, why didn't he do the same for us ?

What you mention here is just two chances not converting, clearly the luck was not with Lautaro. The most important part here is to generate enough of these situations, the more situations you generate the less luck you need, eventually one of them will convert into a goal.
Now if you are in Conte's shoes, knowing that you MUST win, then you must open up at little and sacrifice a little of your tight defense in order to field more offensive players and thereby be able to generate more chances. The point here is, you have absolute NOTHING to loose as a draw will give you nothing. Therefor it makes absolutely no sense how he RE-acted yesterday.
He should have been Proactive, and made all his subs at least 30 mins earlier, but he has no situation awareness/sense of urgency, he just kind off stuck with his usual approach like no sub before around the 70th minute, FFS, like if it was a cake recipe he was following(so predictable). My eyes were bleeding when looking at him "orchestrating" Inters game, actually I think castrating Inters game would be a more proper term.
