It would be quite a rude awakening for these guys IF Conte got free reign over there. Meaning coach gets to decide how things are, who plays, how everyone trains, how each one goes where they go. That hasn't been the case for years as Neymar goes to his miniholidays as he pleases (like to his sister's birthdays etc ). These top guys have direct connection to the owner and they get what they want from him. Coach is just an employee there, trying to figure out how to organize the team in matches but he's no "mister" as they say in Italy, at least not for these privileged stars.
