I don't know if anyone agrees with this but I think Conte's demands (physical and otherwise) are a big reason why players like Lautaro, Barella, and Hakimi suffer from such bad forms. He simply asks too much of them both offensively and defensively. They're human beings not machines. That's probably a big contributor why he sucks in Europe too.

It's the only Thing I'd consider criticising Conte for. That's why they are Not sharp enough on the offensive end, as you lose concentration when being tired. Also that's the reason he needs a deeper squad than other coaches.

I’ve come across enough of these coaches including other sports to know that it’s not sustainable.

But all I care for now is just winning scudetto.

Yeah, exactly. Not sustainable but we are 4p off Scudetto now so it's not relevant at this point.

Conte's football requires players to sacrifice quite a bit from their "joy of football" and concentrate on the team setup which is tireless defending, keeping the form of the unit which blocks the other team from entering the dangerous areas. It has worked pretty darn well for weeks (months?) but against Verona it didn't really work. ALTHOUGH we didn't concede hardly any shots on goal, so there's that too.

But as said, we can't continue like this, it will eventually bite us back.

Just to make myself clear, my post wasn't a sort of criticism for this season. We have done great this season and winning the Scudetto for the first time in 11 years is fantastic. I just expressed some general concerns and things we need to improve on next season.

As things stand, our game is focused mainly on Lukaku and Hakimi. Hopefully a proper pre-season and a quality lwb will add more elements to our game.

The problem is clear. Our game is one-dimensional and the other coaches have figured us out. Keep Lukaku quiet, and most of the problem goes away.

Conte mentioned earlier that we can finish this season and get a cosmetic surgery to look good. I think we would need a heart, liver, and other transplants more than mere cosmetics.

What do you mean "considered during the summer?"

Squad depth
Roster selection
Tactical stubbornness
Any possible factors that would deviate the status quo needs tbe management to be alert.
Etc etc

I think this depends mainly on Zang's financial situation. If we need to sell one core player and rely only on free agents like Giroud, Maksimovic, etc., I'm not very positive for the next season. From the other hand if we have some funds and are able to clear most of the deadwood, the team definitely could be improved. But it also depends from opponents as well. I don't think that Napoli will spend too much, after Oshimen's transfer last summer, and they will have a new coach most probably. So, they should be on the same track more or less. Milan will go down for sure, especially if they keep Pioli. Jubentus are the big question mark for me. I don't believe that Pirlo will stay next season whatever happens till the end. If they get rid of Ronaldo and some of others unwanted players such as Rabiot and Ramsey + classy new coach and proper selection, they could be a main contender for the title. Atalanta will be a factor once again, Lazio and Roma not so much.

Atalanta could pull an Atletico, slowly rising to the challenge and taking an odd Scudetto. Gasperini deserves one for all his hard work.

Don't have one.

Agree with this one. Imo that's one of the reasons why he introduced sitting deep and counter attacking football in second half of the season. I mean our main players are already wasted, but I think they would be dead if we just played high press like last year, or at the beginning of this season.

That's why if he is staying we need to find proper rotation for our main players plus one or two additions in first eleven, which will be fucking difficult in our situation.

Even if we have no money to spend, but could retain the core players, we are in a good position. Don Beppe will find some cheap solutions a.k.a. loans for sqaud depths. As you say Napoli will not spend. Milan also is at least one big step behind, to be a contender. And if they don't qualify for CL, I don't see how they could improve. Roma and Lazio are not contneders. Neither is Atalanta (especially playing on two fronts).
It remains Juventus. I already said Juventus has structural problems. Their old core is over their prime and already declinig. To many wholes to patch in one window. If they get rid of Ronaldo, Ramsey, Rabiot and Morata. What remains: Bentancur, Artur, Kulu, Chiesa. Too thin for a title contender. Don't forget their defense needs also a rejuvenation. Too much for one window.
If we maintain our core and even without big reinforcements, we should be favorites next year.

If Conte has to face Allegri, Spalletti, and Sarri next season in addition to Gasperini, then we need help.

Some people play too much FM. You win a league by having the best team. There are some freak accidents like Leicester, but the most balanced team top to bottom usually wins.

We have the best balanced team in the league. (Although not near enough for CL). Let’s just hope we won’t have to start selling players next year.

According to sources work has begun on Antonio Conte’s statue that will be be built right outside San Siro after the Italian manager is ever closer to guiding Inter to their first scudetto in 11 years and above all ending the dominance Juventus has had over the Serie A over the past 9 years. Amongst others the workers working on the statue will be Bubba, Brak and the man himself Brehme_1987. More to follow

actually he changed how we set up attack against Verona. We played more centre, even winger didn't run widely. The problem is midfielders didn't dominate and stepped back little bit.

For old Inter supporters Matthaus were a god. For new Inter supporter Lukaku will be the god after 11 years without Serie A title :)
