Just a question: I am guessing that Real Madrid are well within their rights to tell Inter to fuck off if we can not pay them as per the agreement and either: (1) recall him to their squad; or (2) sell him to a club that actually has the money to pay for him.

Economically, given the way things are at Inter, I do not think Hakimi being an Inter player next season is guaranteed.

For all that see Hakimi as a hot and cold player - his age has nothing to do with it. He is quality even if he has 10 shitty games in a row. No player in the existance of football that runs this much and is included in most attacks doesn't run hot and cold. Having a good, reliable bench option is the solution - but I guess we have a stubborn coach as well. Maybe he'll get better in defence and maybe he'll gel even more with the team, but if he'll play like this, he'll always have off games. Happens to attackers all the time - which is why it's not good for attackers pressing for the whole 90 minutes every game of the season. It's not possible without losing focus in other areas and getting fatigued quicker.
