It seems like only Correa leaving can unlock another striker for us (besides the one we want to sign anyway). Five strikers are too many.

it was known to everyone that Correa will not have any, or little interest, so they should have just loaned him out long time ago... Now doing this shit in the last weeks of the window will be tough as hell.... good luck.
Would anyone be surprised if we just get Arnautovic for 5M and then no one ever mentions those 40M that were left for the transfers?

Arnautovic as a potentially second striker sounds very underwhelming. Arnautovic in place of Correa is definitely an upgrade though. Arnautovic actually is the closest replacement to Dzeko - big, strong centreforward who's able to win long balls and has good technique and link-up play. He's also been a decent scorer in Serie A for the last few seasons. We really need to get rid of Correa and bring in someone else though.

I guess we'll see. There are conflicting reports, as others said that we'll try to get another striker if Correa leaves. Correa leaving is the issue though. I'm just hoping we can at least loan him out to a team where he can get his career back on track and hopefully we sell him next summer if we don't manage it this time around.

If we're willing to spend 20 million for a defender, we should just go for Sutalo. I assume Pavard would be outside of that price range.

It’s not awful I guess. We know what we’d be getting from Sanchez and Marko fwiw. A bit long in the tooth though. And definitely on the disappointing side after being linked to younger players with higher potential.

Honestly I don't care about these young players. They are lottery tickets in my books. Valuations are high because of EPL inflating the market in general. Arna makes sense financially so much more. I doubt we get him for 3m, probably 10m is more credible?

Anyway Tomiyasu is nice tho is he a bit injury prone? At least the age profile is great.
