The issue is funds, Balogun was like 50m euros, money the club doesn’t really have, especially not for a high risk investment, heck I doubt there is even 40m to invest. Inter could afford Scamacca, but there is just a limit for how far one should go with a player who went through a surgery, it is a massive risk, if he get an injury again you lost 30m on the floor.

Arnatovic is just not an exciting deal, way too expensive for a player that age, we might just as well given Esposito a shot…

Toloi feel much the same way, he will be expensive for his age and nothing to get excited about a sideways step at best. However still hope it ends up with Scalvini or Pavard if this is the road chosen, although I have a hard time seeing the club actually have the funds for either.

Never plays and is bad when he does. Spurs fans were hyped on him years ago. That’s about the only reason anyone has any interest. Would be a disastrous deal as he’d immediately become our weakest defender.
