If its between Castrovilli and Locatelli as the next young Italian midfielder, I prefer Locatelli. Locatelli is like a mix between a left sided mezzala and a regista, someone who stays deep with long passing skills that could be well suited as an alternative for Eriksen.

Locatelli is a must, he can be the backup for both Brozović and Eriksen and our midfield quality drops like a brick if we have to play without any of our starters (Sensi doesn't count). Hell, he could even play in place of de Vrij in a hurry.

Another thing is keeping him away from Rubentus, I think he's the last piece of their puzzle in their midfield and there no a lot of players like him, I'd rather Rube got Pogba than Locatelli. Another one that could solve their puzzle is Verratti but he would be very hard to get.

Brozovic is our team engine I don’t get why people want to dump him so bad. Every transfer Window.... his name is mentioned. He is only 28. Doesn’t turn 29 till November so he has another 3-4 season in his tank

Yes Locatelli is better than Wijnaldum, but De Paul is in nowhere near the level of De Bruyne and I doubt he ever will, I don't think he's player for a top team and I don't think he'll ever reach that level.

We are broke, we cannot BUY players. As long Suning not sell the club, it's impossible to buy Locatelli or any top players.

The only option we can do is free transfer. Wijnadum is the player we need.

Gagliardini has played 24 times for us this season already, a total of 1,218 minutes. Last season he played 34 games and 2,341 minutes. I think we can safely assume Locatelli would be slightly more important than a waterboy here.

i woud sign Nahitan Nandez to replace Vecino. Malinovsky might be a decent option to fill the slot when we offload Gagliardini.
