He is the only talented striker in the World available that is willing to come to Inter and affordable under our budget. Unless you guys want to start a fund raiser to raise 40 million euro to bring in Falcao.

How about Gonzalo Gerardo "El Pipita" Higuaín? Most effective striker in La Liga now, about 70minutes/goal? He is believed to be available for around 30m.
Or Robin van Persie, best striker in EPL, more than a pure striker, a trequatista, Arsenal surely couldn't resist a 30m offer for a player who is on last year of his contract.
Or Klaas-Jan Huntelaar and Mario Gómez García? Leading goalscorer in Bundesliga, impressive stats, and won't cost 40m.

The thing with Eto'o is that I think he was fairly happy with that deal too. I wanted him to stay forever but sadly all the parties involved thought it was a good idea at the time.
