Dont really know anything about Granero.. but L.Diarra would be a good signing. He is Cuchu with tonnes of more pace basically.

More than good. He would be a quality signing. He would easily be our best midfielder and he's still young, experienced and won't cost a fortune in wages. If we can sign him at a Sneijder-esque price our summer transfer market would instantly be quality.

Lass would be good... But we would still need those to more creative mf to play around him. I'd see lass as a direct replacement for cuchu, but that's it.

man what the fuck are you guys smoking!!? have you guys watched Diarra, or do you rate our midfield that badly? and what are these Cambiasso comparisons I keep hearing? Why, because they play in the same position? Pirlo plays in the holding role too, should we compare him to cuchu?? Fucking ridiculous. All Diarra can do is chase, harry and tackle, but we need more than that, a DMF with sound distribution, launch counter attacks, who can read plays, etc.... why do you think Diarra is benched instead of Xavi Alonso. Diarra ain't bad, but he shoudln't be a priority, or anywhere near.

Someone asked about Granero.... he's a centre mid with good passing, likes to get involved a lot, also plays as an attacking-mid but he's not that inventive. dedicated with a good work ethic. Wouldn't waste my time though.

Thoughts on Veloso? I know he flopped at Genoa but I put that down to a lack of motivation. Otherwise on a good day he looks impressive. Wasn't at all keen when we were linked with him last summer but his distribution has won me over. plus he's very technical with a touch of flair. We should pick him up on a loan deal. Wonder why we didn't do that in January instead of Kharja :rollani:

that's more like it. but why the comparison with Fabregas? Cause he's Spanish :rollani: in terms of passing and technical skills, this guy is nowhere near as good Fabregas, not even close. still, is a good prospect, but then when was last time a spaniard was succesful in serie a?? Jose Mari, Mendieta, De La Pena, Farinos, Zapata, even Guardiola!!! Don't know about this one.

I hope all the rumors that are linking us with Robben are false, and purely tales from myth writers. Robben is an amazing player and would be a good acquisition, if he was just so much accident prone. He plays a few games, and then gets injured. His entire career has been like this. Plays a few games, out for a month, plays a game, out for a couple of weeks. Plays several games, out for months. What is the point in having him when it is up to chance to see whether he can play or not. No money on earth is worth this.

As far the argument of Lass, I think is a capable player, good at winning the ball back, great pace, great technical ability and good psychological boost to any team. However, that said, that fellow is a bit nuts, he has a hard time controlling the force of his tackles and does some silly decisions. We already have a fellow like him, Cuchu, and honestly Motta. Instead of getting yet another holding DM, lets have a great passer, good central midfielder that can go both ways. Montolivo is good, D'Agostino is good. But between those two I prefer Montolivo. He had a better year. It looks like Sneijder will go (but only if Sneijder himself wants to go). I just do not think Sneijder at the moment is replaceable.

Sneijder won't go anywhere. The only one that might and probably will go is Maicon. And maybe Milito. Snijder is staying, we desperately need him.

Montolivio is a good player, but I don't think would suit us. He has a nice game to him, but how many times has he not showed up in big games. Not a big team player in my opinion.

I'm divided though. Black is right, but we do need some kinda injection in that midfield department.
