I rate Napoli the highest tbh. He has done the impossible tasks more than once, such as ending Jube 9 Scudetti stretch.
He wouldnt last long with ADL more than a year due to both personality. Conte is a crybaby and his 1D tactics is a joke in CL. But next year Napoli has only Serie A to care...

Forum Supporter10 years of FIFYeah, I think Motta would be perfect new coach for either of them . Still remains balanced and with a good defensive setup. Motta can adjust to teams he faces which makes him unpredictable.
De Zerbi just does its one thing, don't get me wrong he's tactically on a completely new level vs Pioli, but similarly to Pioli, he concedes alot of goals imo. Milan still has way better quality players than Brighton. So we never know how this would work out but one thing is certain. They'd be way more harder opponent if they'll play as a team.

10 years of FIFMaybe an unpopular oppinion but i prefer to see Motta at Juve instead Milan. Hate both teams but my hate for Milan is bigger at the moment. And Motta going to the city rival team makes me more angry. Juve needs to rebuild, so i don't really care for now. Motta at Milan could improve them a lot.
