3 hours off from school, feeling a little bored...leggo.
Serie A:
Prefect balance right here. Cambiasso will play as the holding DM, Obi will be the box2box and Ricky will be the technical CM. When we play with Deki-Cambiasso-JZ, there's way too little mobility. It's also a huge problem when none of the midfielders can pass and dribble, now we have 3 solid passers, 2 with good mobility and 1 with very good speed and strength.
I prefer Naga on the LB position because he offers more attacking options than JZ, but Il Capitano will still get a lot of playing time. Either as a sub and as a rotational player.
The Tevez-Forlan duo has huge potential imo, much stronger than anything we have atm (I count Forlan as an Inter player already). We have two ST's that can create something for themselves, rather than hoping Forlan becomes as good as Eto'o. Then there's also Pazzini, who I prefer coming off the bench tbh, since he doesn't offer much in build up.
This looks very good on paper, but how will it look like on the field? Only time will tell. I just hope Gasp tries it out.
As we all know the 4-3-1-2 isn't as effective outside of Europe, so I came up with a formation that's very similar to our CL winning formula.
CL:
Basically the same formation/tactics, but with different wingers.
Obi can easily offer way more than Pandev, both in attack and defense, while Tevez can be as good as Eto'o in our CL campaign. Tevez isn't good on the wing? I know it's not his best position, but Eto'o wasn't good there in his first season either, but we won because of his workrate. If there's anything we know about Tevez, it's that works hard...even when he plays as a lone striker for City he goes back deep, so he won't have much to complain about.
The main concern is the midfield, since we don't know how the Motta-Cambi duo would play together now, since neither really haven't had a good game since the Treble season. But in their defense, though, they have been both played out of position with 2 coaches now. Worth trying.
Tevez really shouldn't be that hard to get, I mean...if we can't get a player that wants to leave from a team that doesn't need him, then we really need to look for a better director.
