That is a good one neo. Im gonna be loving his speed, but lets hope his positional sense returns to being as good as it was a couple of seasons ago.

I think we should leave that to Scarpini.
Exactly. His nickname are the most unique and most unfathomable. I mean, Poncherello for Julio Cruz...Who the heck could came up with that?

How much Suazo finally cost for Inter? Our first offer, which supposed to be accepted, was 10M€ (£6,5M) + Acquafresca. But I've read somewhere we used the release clause which was in Suazo's contract, £9,5M ~ 14M€. So which one is it? Do someone has a reliable source for this? I don't think paying 14M€ for Suazo is a good deal, but well, Moratti has money.

The transfer costed Inter £9.4m, which is approximately €14m, as you said :)

Suazo... my dream has come true. What a nice pic, Jimmy!

Suazo... my dream has come true.

Me too. Suazo was the first player I wanted Inter to buy.

My first post about him:

Suazo. :star:

I just watched him against Messina. This guy is one the best strikers in the whole world.

Martins' pace, Ibra's technique and Adriano's strength. You don't see such player everyday in football.

Trust me on this, David Suazo can be a leading star for any team in Europe.

I wouldn't complain if Inter signed him for 30M.

lol and Forza ragazzi:

Amen, Adnan.

Now Recoba will leave for sure, so, Suazo, please.

Now, Lucho Gonzalez. :p

Poncherello? I never heard that before, what does it mean? I thought Julio Cruzes nickname was Il Jardinero(The gardener). Is it a new nickname?:)

Damn the design of the number on the new jersey doesn't look good. It looks try-hard. Something I can live with though.

From what I know, Poncherello is a fictional TV character in South America and he looks a lot like Cruz. Poncherello is another nickname of Cruz, of course one of his nickname was El Jardinero but he already got that even before he joined us. Scarpini gave him a new one.

I'm very happy with this signing. Suazo has everything we want: Serie A experience, speed, finishing and dribbling. From what I know of he is a great person as well and I think he'll love his time at Inter.

Fantastic signing. I can't believe some Interisti are against Suazo being here. He had a tough season but the team around him at Cagliari has been steadily declining in talent since Zola retired so it can't entirely be blamed on him.

Him and Ibra are gonna rip opposing defenses apart.

Exactly. he had about half their goals. ;) imagine how much he is going to help a team full of stars, such as figo dishing him the ball, or ibra using one of his flicks. CANT WAIT TO SEE HIM IN ACTION
