10 years of FIFI don't think Inzaghi sees the situation like "this is a rare opportunity to sign an elite player". He's more concerned about his next games where he has ankle injured Darmian and Bisseck as his RCB. Inzaghi needs to get his guy and it doesn't have to be Pavard. Even if we fans absolutely want him to be specifically Pavard.
We need to set a deadline to put some pressure on Bayern. They need to make the decision to let Pavard fly to Milano and finalize the deal. We can't wait for the final days and end up seeing them keeping him.
I also doubt it goes like 3-4 has passed, we move on to other targets (negotiations). If Bayern after 1-2 days of that deadline decides to let Pavard go, we will probably sign him then. But the situation is not that we need to worry about Bayern getting angry. We need a response from them, we need them to feel the heat a bit, to push them a bit. It's unlikely they'll find a buyer in this window after us anymore. The club wants to monetize him anyway, it's just the coach blocking this thing.

If we would 100% get Pavard for free next season, then id live with a defender that can also play the middle cb position and could replace Acerbi next season. Money needs to be spend if Pavard wont come. I dont wanna see some loan bullshit, or a 5M player. There should be at least 50M available and fans need to start asking why is this money not being used.
Inzaghi made it clear in the press conference he wants a 'great defender'. I just don't see him accepting Tanganga. I know that Inzaghi doesn't complain much, but the fact we already have Bisseck as the current 'backup' makes it very unlikely that we get Tanganga imo. The guy has very little experience in terms of playing time in the last number of years.
I guess Schuurs would be the preferred option and Chalobah possibly, as rumours are that his price is lower than earlier in the window and despite being younger, he does have EPL/CL experience.

They are starting to get linked with other players to replace pavard not just chalobah, which is I guess a positive thing, but the problem is It's always either too expensive or they are having doubts.
I don't know what to make of it tbh, it seems like they are stalling hard and are doing this whole charade in a hope he stays. And if tuchel is the one insisting that he stays, then there is little hope imo coz his job is already kinda on the line, and he doesn't give a fuck about bayern future or losing him for free, all he cares about is the present and the next couple of months.

TBH Bayern is so annoying in this saga. Apparently they promised Pavard that he can leave, negotiated a deal with us and now they let us wait for couple of days and all this while they loaned his perfect successor to Leverkusen. Fuck them tbh

To the point that it looks orchestrated and fake. Almost like someone is deliberately pushing gas and brake pedals to lose ourselves in the ride while diverting pressure from the bigger picture and the real problem.
We'll see how this one goes, but if they go from 40 mil attacking player to 10mil arna and 40 mil defender to someone like baschirotto then something is well and truly rotten and off.

Most Improved MemberChelsea already bought some player and they want to get rid of Chalobah. They even reduced his price to 25mln as per reports, but he got injured and the rumors linked him to us suddenly died.

Only fratessi and augusto imo. Sommer was one of those strangely convenient cheap options we reverted to after tottenham took vicario. Bisseck was the eleventh option after the whole chelsea centreback lineup rejected us, and thuram was the opportunity we took seriously only after milan printed out his contract. Other players we signed I ain't even mentioning coz it's clear what type of plan they were.
