Those of you who expected Lukaku to return to his 2020-21 form are in for a treat, because through three games he's playing the part of a scared ghost, sans one moment of brilliance last week.
Don't even get me started on Inzaghi's decision-making tonight. First he starts Gagliardini over Calhanoglu for "reasons" that are nonexistent to anyone with a footballing IQ over 40. Then after we get bailed out by a set piece goal (again) he sits on the touchline twiddling his thumbs while Sarri goes for the kill. 3 games. 1 clean sheet. Zero ideas.
We miss Perisic. It's that simple. We don't have anyone who can beat their man 1 v 1. Dimarco has been a liability at wingback for two consecutive matches, and we're hardly creating any chances besides whipped in crosses. There's no attacking game plan. We're three weeks in, and already twice we've resorted to just throwing a bunch of strikers on the pitch and hoping something good happens.
At least we have another relegation side mid-week.

No point even being mad about this shit. It is what it is. We will see games like this throughout the season, cos it's more than obvious inzaghi is out of depth when it comes to fixing our defensive fragility. That was obvious last season and even more now...
