Few players wouldn't be in Godin's pocket. That's why we got him.

Not to mention their Primavera is currently playing in Primavera 2 aka Serie B.

Kicked out in EL too and they were celebrating.

Theres too many L's to cope.

giampaolo at milan is doing even worse than I thought - but not by much. It's just Exhibit No. 2873906 of the humongous difference between coaching so-what clubs like sampdoria or wherever the hell he was before this, and coaching in Milan (either team), where the pressure is so flattening that most coaches' balls look like hockey pucks by November - or late September in this case. We've had gasperini getting laughed out of town a few years back, now it's their turn.

I'll say this for them, that leao fellow is quite good. Hopefully he can keep them from being relegated, I would miss playing them in Serie A- because of the six bonus points we'd get...

Awesome!! Not to mention it's right on point - the "climate" at Milan must be unbearable...

Chiesa you bitch, could have buried them.

Late stage Stramaccioni was about as bad I think.

Let put in the context. Stramaccioni inherited a squad where the old guard was on last leg, without money to buy new players.
In this Milan they poured a few hundreds millions "worth" of transfers! And they are so shit! For example, Leonardo was pretty well regarded as a competent SD here. Piatek, Paqueta, Castillejo and Laxalt costed over 100m. What is their contribution?

I don't think Giampaolo is a bad manager tactically, but he has completely bundled his time at Milan and was probably a poor hire. He clearly prefers a 4-3-1-2 formation/tactics, and inherited a squad with zero tactical ability to play in one. Suso should have been sold and replaced with a proper #10 if that was the plan. So I partially blame Milan's inept manager for failing to realize the poor fit they had. But Giampaolo also gets blame for not being malleable as a manager. He should have recognized his squad's limitations and stuck with a 4-3-3.

Don't have one.
Milan is in absolute mess right now. Only way out for them is if they get bought by someone with the hint of ambition. For all the good berlusconi did, he really fucked them big time with that cash grab of a sale.

What means "hint of ambition"? You cannot say, they haven't bought players! In the last 3 years they spent probably a few hundreds millions! The problem is they spent those money criminally bad!

Shevchenko.

Although I hope they keep Giampaolo until January. In Giampaolo we trust.

These racist fucking Italian idiots calling us “Gypsies” for whatever reason is stupid as fuck and literally makes no sense. Fucking Italy man.

They've heard something about "Slavic barbarian incursions" in elementary. The antagonism against Slavs is usually very subtle nowadays, but there are still morons who just must express their feelings.

Chiesa  IMO easily the best Italian talent of this current young generation. So much to like about the player yet so much to dislike at the same time.

He looks dangerous every time he has the ball. His ability to evade defenders, work the ball through them and make things happen in attack is superb.

On the other hand, he walks around on the pitch like a superstar (which he isn’t, yet), complains and chastises his teammates an insane amount for a young player, even if he is the star and a leader of the group. His diving and bitching is irritating and taking a penalty off the designated penalty taker is always a dick move. I was livid when he (predictably) failed to convert his penalty.

Fiorentina were very impressive in general. Pulgar, like Sensi, has managed the “step up” very nicely. He and Castrovilli are a great combination for them with Badelj a solid anchor as always.

While no one can doubt Ribery’s quality, I was skeptical at the idea of a Ribery - Chiesa front line, without any outright striker. But they’ve made it work really well.

Also forza Dalberto. I hope he keeps playing at this strong level and earns a permanent move. Win-win situation for all.
