The days of truth are arriving for the future of centrocampista Luka Modric.

The Croatian international - Inter's transfer market dream -, in all likelihood, will meet Real Madrid president Florentino Perez some time between Wednesday and Thursday. It will be a face-to-face meeting surrounding the intentions of the Croatian midfielder who, to date, is still convinced by the possibility for a new challenge after many years of success with Real Madrid in Spain.

Modric was on holiday in Sardegna over the past few days: from the player's requests and from the reaction of Perez, we are likely to start to understand a lot about the future of Modric with Inter remaining in confident about the possible transfer. With the Nerazzurri ready, in the case of a break between the Croatian and Real, they are preparing to try to bring the player to Italy to join his Croatian teammates Brozovic, Perisic, and new arrival Vrsaljko.

Why? I mean yes, why not. But i think nobody is wondering if he wants a new experience after so many trophies at Real. Its really hard to figure out what he wants but i think he wants to make a last important experience. And im sure he would like to play with Perisic Brozo and Vrsalijko.

Fuck the rubbish about young player in Inter, i want superstar, tired of the name of mediocre player every trnsfer window, i want a big name like modric..... rubentus sign penaldo 33 faking old for 100 M why not we lol, miss the old Moratti time when he can sign any player that he want

That sounds the most credible argument in this case. It's always about the money. :D

He's honestly going to go unless Perez gives him a payraise. So enough bullshit about some new experience, Croatians here or shit like that.

If he really earns 7M, i don't see how Perez would convince him to stay even with upgrade on salary. I don't see him giving Modric more than 10M per season, because it will be huge upgrade (something like 55%) and i don't think it will be for 4 season like our offer.

If he wants to leave and looking for new challenge, i really believe we have a chance to get him.
