Official first offer: Loan with an obligation to buy.

Barca must be laughing now, but I guess it's a we-dont-want-him-that-much kinda offer. Rafinha must be pushing for it, poor guy though, Inter is hardly convincing there.

Rube after Rafinha.:trollol:

After Cancelo, they might move for Rafinha. Marotta is starting to piss me off. He needs a smack to the face maybe his eyeballs will straighten out.

At first rumours about Icardi. Then going after Cancelo and making him their most expensive defender since Lilian Thuram. After this, rumours about Dembele. Now they have reportedly made an offer for Rafinha. Sure. Rube don't see Inter as a threat at all.

We should buy Darmian and Sturaro to teach them a lesson.

Play low first so the seller reduce their expectation as well. The last time we offered big sum to match the seller club demand we got gabigol and yao mario. This is kinda like you r buying a second hand car. You need them but you want it as cheap as possible.

No, we desperately need RB, RW and DM
buying rafi is more for depth
we already have radja,
Replacement AM is nice, but not for 35 millions, since we cant include him in CL anyway,
unless we do it loan + option + free return like previous time, but its the same as slapping barca face with dick

How can we propose obligation to buy, and what difference does it make? We still have to pay that during this fiscal year (starting today). I don't see the point. Why can't we buy him now and settle the payments further? If the loan+obligation is the same as just buying in UEFA FFP's point of view.

Rafinha right now isn't a necessity, but a luxury that I'd very much welcome.

We need another CM as well. You can’t tell me you’re satisfied with Nainggolan, Brozovic, Gagliardini and Vecino and Valero? That’s two good players out of five. We need quality, and Rafinha is quality.

I agree, he will never start over Nainggolan.
We should get Chiesa, 35 million would better be added to finance his transfer from fiorentina.

If we sell J.Mario and Vecino we can get Chiesa instead of Malcom.
Then we need an RB and a defensive midfielder next to Brozovic.
Sorry to say this but Rafinha has no place here as a starter, since we got Nainggolan.

maybe if barça lower their demands we can get him to add more depth. but that's a luxury we can't afford.

So how long does it takes for Nainggolan to get burned out after starting regularly every week in CL and Serie A? We need a quality , proven rotation and that guy is Rafinha! Valero wont last 10mins vs team from Serie B , let alone a team from EPL if Radja won't make to CL night.

Chiesa costs 75M so we can forget him. We decided for Politano for FFP reasons, who scored more goals than Chiesa did.

How can’t people see that we need midfielders? This is crazy.

Nainggolan isn’t enough.

Paying over 30 millions for a sub is a waste of money.
And goals are not the only criteria to rate wingers.

We need a Vice-Nainggolan, but definitely not a 35 million player.

Also the fact that Spalletti wants to try 3 in the back suggests that we need players like Dembele more than Rafinha.

It's not that I don't want Rafinha, or think that he's a shit player. But I'd definitely rather spend the money to get a proper right back, now that Cancelo is officially Juve's. Spalletti has hinted that he will play with 3 at the back and for me personally, that just put more emphasis that we need a very decent wingback in order for the lineup to work.

Only if we really will play 352.. but i think the main formation will be 4231 and sometimes we will switch to 352

I think Rafinha-Nainggolan-Brozovic will work well. They will hip-hop all over Serie A midfield. Gagliardini and Vecino will be a good back up. Valero can go sleep.

Rafinha “wanted to stay at Inter, but things didn’t go the way we expected. Now we can’t wait or give them the priority, as many clubs are interested.”

The midfielder’s father Mazinho, who also acts as his agent, spoke to FCInterNews.it about the return to Barcelona after his six-month loan spell.

“As of today, he is a Barcelona player. He was happy at Inter and did all he could to take this great opportunity. There are no doubts that his objective was to remain, but that didn’t happen and now we’ll work with Barcelona.

“We have many options and many clubs are interested, though I don’t know if any offers came directly to Barcelona. We’ll wait until the World Cup is over, then we’ll be ready to work.

“We haven’t had communication with Inter or Barcelona once the season ended. I get news on my son by reading the papers.”

It was reported that Juventus were interested in a swoop for Rafinha, having already picked up Joao Cancelo after his loan spell at Inter.

“The Nerazzurri did not activate their option to buy. Now we can’t wait any longer for Inter to knock on our door, nor give them the priority.

“As I said, there are many interested clubs and we have to think about the player’s future. I want to make it clear that Rafinha wanted to remain at Inter. Unfortunately, it did not happen, and in football it can all change from one moment to the next.

“Rafinha loved the Inter fans and they appreciated him too, but things didn’t go the way we expected and we have to go forward now.”

For the wing back discussion, i really think Candreva can play that position or as a straight RB.
