Well we can't separate the problem to being just fault of the coach or fault of Ausilio and so on.
Clearly, the younger generations have no sense of respect and duty and honor older players did, the players that we got used to at Inter in Zanetti, Cambiasso, Samuel and so on. Now someone has to explain to them what it means to respect the club and the shirt you play in. It can't be just up to coach to do that, just as much as it can't be up to Ausilio, or upper management and so on. It has to be mutual effort, where someone in a form of team manager or director of football or whatever explains this shit to spoiled little fucks, and then the coach decides not to play those who don't get the idea or implement it on the pitch. Then comes Ausilio or whoever to explain that if you ain't playing, the club ain't paying - meaning your ass gets shipped.
Now with Oriali and Sabatini we have (hopefully) some kind of spine within the management, Zhang is above them and we need someone below them next to the coach, be it Samuel or someone else.
