If Miranda has 3 years in him, that's a good thing. You can't plan with a footballer more than 5 years anyway in todays football world. 3 years are a long time. Look at our team 3 years ago. At least we bought quality. We can concentrate on other transfers and hopefully don't need to search for a defender next year.

I call it a sign of ambition.
