Why not? He retweeted a few people, and Morata wrote a really heartfelt tweet dedicated to Tito Vilanova.

People keep saying he was bitching about being subbed. But the exchange came from Mazzarri telling Mauro he wasn't doing enough to help the team defensively, and Mauro responding he was doing his best. That's what I'm getting from the conference.

He's used to Cavani dropping all the way to his own box to defend. He's never gonna get that from Icardi, not that type of player.

I read something about a journalist asking Mazzarri about the 'manner' in which Icardi came off. I didn't even watch the match so I didn't know he was subbed but presumably that implies Icardi came off in a negative manner. Either way, Mazzarri replied with something along the lines of 'Icardi can come off however he pleases'. I don't really care either way because Icardi isn't the first and won't be the last to be pissed when subbed off. Patrick Vieira, one of the greatest players ever (though not with us :yao:

) kicked some bottles when Mancini (or was it Mourinho) took him off :lol:

That being said, for what its worth, if Icardi was outwardly petulant about being subbed, this to me is far worse than any amount of the Wan Te Amo or #wanteamo or Wanda tattoos thing he has going on.

So during the Napoli game I thought there was something weird about Icardi, more specifically his shoes, I couldn't tell for sure but they seemed Nike and I thought he used Adidas. I remembered that now and decided to google it, and effectively Icardi changed from Adidas to Nike.

Apparently he also just did a new advertising campaign with Pepsi, and have a contract with Dolce&Gabbana. Things are going good for him really fast.

On the sub: He was frustrated and told Mazzarri "why'd you take me out, I was doing what you told me to do, what more did you want me to do".

Mazzarri himself tried to quiet down on the matter, so as not to spark any unneeded bullshit, saying there was no problem, his reaction was normal etc. but Zvonimir Boban (ex milan) criticized Icardi on SKY (he's a commentator there) heavily for that kind of behaviour saying that things like these only world class players can do, and even then it's unacceptable and very unprofessional.

Basically giving right to Mazzarri, logically so, and even praising him for the post interview where Mazza was trying to "cool down" the situation in front of the media. He didn't say Icardi can go off as he wishes, but sort of protected him by saying it was completely normal and there was no problem or anger etc etc. and then giving some sense-making reasons why he took him out.

Boban. Isn't this the same guy who got into it with Balotelli last week after the Roma game? Seems like he's trying to be controversial probably looking for anything to talk about like most media.
