Ugliest win I've seen for as king as I can remember but certainly not undeserved. Palermo offered very little.

Well, when you see the match from the "tactician" view, it was very good by both sides.

Strama : I liked the way our team started, but it's too damn hard to create chances. Our midfield is too defensive and we lose too much power without Guarin. I liked his boss subs. Subbing Zanetti, Milito and Cambiasso, something I've never witnissed. The play was better than previous matches at least.

Well forums biggest(?) troll opened the match thread, so ultimate troll win is a must.

Even though this was a troll win, a win is a win and we needed these 3 points to get some momentum back on track. At the same time Palermo did nothing so I guess we deserved to win this in some way.

As for the performance, we played well for short spurts but then just switched off. After that own goal I though we could have easily scored again as Palermo opened themselves up and there was a lot of space to take advantage off. Also I thought we started playing a little better once Nagatomo and Guarin came on, as that gave as more width and eventually led to the goal.

As for some individual player performances:
Ranocchia stood out with a good defensive performance and also that run that he made (showed our midfielders how it’s done) while also providing the cross that lead to the own goal. Really is starting to live up to expectations this season and deserved MOTM for me.
Coutinho had some good moments, but his decision making needs to improve as he looses the ball too much. He might look selfish to some, but at the same time he really doesn’t have options upfront with whom he could play the on two passes and unlock the defence. A so so performance I would say, not the best but also not the worst from today.
Palacio though was non existent today, but I guess you never know what you can get from him. Milito played much better than him, but I understand Strama’s decision to sub him as I think he wasn’t fully fit and ready to go the full 90min. Pereira also didn’t impress me, probably his price tag is what warrants to expect good performances out of him, but at the moment he is definitely not showing that and is really a very one-dimensional player as I rarely see him even touch the ball with his right foot.

Hope we can build on this win and go on another good run of results since all the closest rivals are also performing and picking up points. Till the next game fellow interesti

This, I always wonder if the say "tactican fans" preferes a game like this or a game like Manu's yday, 4-3 in the first half.
At the end we watch football to enjoy it, and I can't really see how anyone can enjoy such a boring game. Ofc I'll keep watching every game of Inter and it doesn't matter, but I can't really enjoy watching other teams in this league. Meh I don't get it anyway, the Italians are much more talented than the English players in general, and atleast 80% of the English ppl will agree with it, so much potential to see the best football in the world yet so little taken from it. Also, most of the teams spend alot and I think the bottom half spends just as much as in EPL and SPL, if not more but I am not sure about it. The stupid tax system in italy also fucks the football there. I wish they will change one day.

very lame game to watch...but anyway troll win at its finest...i feel kind of confident for the napoli game, don't know why. Maybe we just play better against the stronger teams.

Simple actually . When we used to win and when we lost our tactic has always been 7-3 . From those 7 none can do shit in attack and from those 3 none can do shit in defence.
Now since u are not actually a TEAM but 2 groups playing in different phases what happens is that , if u miss players in those 7 u fail in defence ( see what happened when u missed frog , samuel , or gargano) and when u miss players in those 3 upfront u can't create.
