At this point is clear what we need for next summer when probably De Vrij, Alexis, Sensi and Cuadrado leave:

A forward young than Alexis/Arnaw who can really compete with Lautaro and Thuram for starting spot.
A starting CB
A midfielder if Sensi fails
A Right winger to compete with Dumfries, a C.A type of deal would be ideal, my dream is Hakimi return but too expensive i guess.

I hope the rest of the players stay and build something strong together.

No need to replace all of them at once. Mkhitaryan, Arnautivic and Darmian will be available for one more season. Acerbi and Sommer will stay as well. We have to replace only Cuntdrado and Sanchez for the next season.

Zinho Vanheusden is Captain and has been loaned more than enough.
Zanotti is a undisputed starter in Switzerland.
Same for Filip Stankovic at Sampdoria.
Try integrating them and we already saved a lot of cash.

I don't think Mkhitaryan is going - he should stay for one more year, but as a bench option (Inzaghi isn't a fan of that! ). Klaasen should be in our reserves at best.

Kouame will not be worth the money. Let him go to Juventus (he isn't even close to how good Chiesa is). I would only spend money on Zirkzee. He would be just the right player to replace Sanchez. Arnautović I don't care for, he can stay for one more year.

I'm okay with Nandez as a bench option for both midfield and right wingback, but I'd still rather have Pavard and Darmian as RCB options (+Bisseck) and go all in finding another LWB or another LCB to help Bastoni. There might be a "free" option for that. I don't want Darmian to be our main RWB.

I wouldn't mind maybe using one of our young ones for the RWB or LWB options.

Sensi and Agoume are probably leaving so maybe that would make the space for Zielinski.

That's about it. Let's get some money and mostly focus on bringing Zirkzee, others could be free signings or our "younglings".

Kouame should be free, while Zirkzee will cost 20m+, I don't think that's a good option for a backup forward for that kind of money. What's wrong with our LWBs and LCBs? They all look decent to me, free of charge can be young Valentin Barco https://www.transfermarkt.com/valentin-barco/profil/spieler/849410 and Augusto could be used as a substitute for Bastoni. Dumbfries will have to sell because of our negative balance as always, the replacement in the person of Buchanan does not excite, so Darmian and Nandez will be able to pull that position, and Zanotti can be returned as a support.
