Gourkuff

I see you mention him sometimes in other threads but i think he is a player that deserves a thread of it's own for the values he has and for what he represents if buy him(see pirlo , sedorf etc). I also think he is most likely the perfect player for us in this moment , he is young , motivated to do good for the WC and to prove milan they were wrong and a great goal scoring average. I'm not sure about his passing and playmaker ability though.

No real links have appeared consistently over time. Closing this now, may open it if the links get more serious.

This came from a somewhat vague source, so do not be upset if it gets closed :p

Why do the board Nazi's insist on locking threads about him? He is clearly an option that Inter is looking into purchasing...and if fans want to talk about him, then let us. It ignorant to control content to that extent...IT'S A MESSAGE BOARD!!! THAT'S WHAT THEY ARE FOR!!!

Gourcuff would be a low blow for Milan if we buy him and he plays as a god here...

I'm sure they will hate him xD

I don't see why anybody would be bothered by Gourcuff topic. I also want him here, I read that Moratti wants to slap milan with this transfer. It would be great to laugh in their face. But I think Mourinho wants Sneijder more... [?!]

Facts :
Wesley Sneijder
Height 1.70 m

Yoann Gourcuff
Height 1.85 m

-> Gourcuff much stronger, more Mourinho-like.

If Mou wanted a Sneijder type of player, why did he miss out on Diego in the first place !?

Even though there is not enough credibility in the rumor, the last few discussion in the Midfielders thread has been about Gourcuff, so I'll keep this one open.

If we are to get Gourcuff, we will get him next summer, not this one imo.

I dont think we will get him. In fact, I hope we dont. I rather bet on Sneijder or VDV than Gourcuff. He failed once in Italy remember

How exactly did he fail in italy? Milan never gave him any time to play and in my opinion when he was on the field he was useful and showed his potential. In fact I think his experience in serie a is a positive.

He has just spent a dominating season being the catalyst of his team to win the french league. Also he has been putting in very good performances for france in WC qualifying. Not to mention he is only 23 and will keep improving. This is exactly the type of buy Inter needs, a very talented youngster who has potential to be one of the best.

Enough with no having enough play time. If he is truly AMAZING talent he would show it on the pitch already. He never succeed in a big team, did not make impression on serie A. Those two reasons are enough for me to back down on him. If we were loaded with talents in midfield and had extra cash to spare, I would definitely want him on the team since he might be able to develop into something extraordinary. However, with our current midfield, it will too much risk to lay it down to him.

I see we have another people who would fit the profile "everybody knew Maicon and Cambiasso will be great" just perfectly

Ancelotti might not use Gourcuff a lot, but if people would actually spare some time, and go to Milan forums, and look up the thread when Gourcuff was leaving, you wouldn't see many saying it is bad move etc. Hell, who from this forum even commented it? And now it's all this and that :p

Ancelotti might be a morron sometimes, but in his situation, when his team was getting weaker, and weaker he wouldn't let go of Gourcuff unless he thought it will be better for him to go on loan. On top of it, they put a clause inside, that means they rather loaned him to sell, not to bring him back.

The truth is, it was one of the case that nobody expected how it will turn out in the end. Ofcourse, except for the grand majority of forzainterforums.com
