And for the record, it would be so, so wrong to sell Alvarez and Guarin only to buy Biabiany. Better to keep them if that is the alternative. They at least seem to guarantee about 10 goals and 20 assists per season between the two of them.

Because it's no fact. Last season it were 7 goals and 14 assists. Not thaaat impressive for two of our most expensive midfielders.

CL football is overrated.

If we show the guy we are ready to step to the next level, and even more important, show him the money, we can get him. Every player, especially young one would sacrifice one year of CL football for greater things.

That's big IF tho. We cant offer him that with Mazzarri and our financial situation.

I'm sure there are clubs currently in the CL who can offer him a future project as well. Liverpool, Dortmunds etc.
