I would like to listen to your thoughts guys on this , Cz I was surprised to know that Inter fans are much , much greater then BBilan fans even when the charismatic Club hasn't won the Scudetto from 15 years , I wonder then how many fans will it be if we lifted that 14th Scudetto this year ??

I bet that we will flood italy even more than Gobbi , Inter runs in my blood Now . Juve being a former Juve seems to be a very traditional club , their fans even doesn't look passionate cheering for their club not like Us .

This is really a secret that i would like to know .

Zenga, uno di n
It all started long time ago. My older brother was really cheering for Italy in 1982 and after it. Of course as an younger brother I wanted to follow my bro's example. I fell in love with Italy and especially in Italy's keeper Walter Zenga, who happened to the keeper of surprise surprise: Inter. Then we managed to win lo scudetto, but I was just a young boy back then and didn't understand enough.

After that every year my passion for Inter has grown bigger and bigger. I'd say I became a die hard fan probably back in 96/97 and ever since the love has become bigger. Also Roberto Baggio's and Vier's transfers to Inter made me love Inter even more as they both have always been my favourite players.

Nowadays there's something mysterious about my love towards Inter. Hell, I'm a guy living in Finland and I cheer for a team in Italy that never wins anything. I guess I'm so masocistic person that I love the suffering concerning Inter. In fact I'm afraid of the day we'll actually win something, I might end up to be a basket case.

Simple: Inter chose me. I won´t betray her. :) Before Ronaldo became a Traitor, before all his injuries, he was the best player in the world. I was enchanted with him ever since he came to Barcelona - back then one of my favourite clubs (still is). Ronaldo was my first favourite player back then. I was a gigantic fan...

That 96/97 season was just taken out of a dream. And when he came to Inter who I hadn´t even heard of before, I became an Inter fan instantly.

Been a faithful Interista ever since. Waiting for il Scudetto to come home to Giuseppe Meazza again.

Oh I can't deci
I too noticed Inter because of Ronaldo. I think it was sometime in 98 that I first noticed this club, I was not a fan but then again I was not really fan of any club to begin with. I started following religiously when Cuper became head coach, since then I have not stopped.

Inter is by no means a "popular" club in the states, and my family and friends were a bit puzzled how I became such a huge fan being so far away. My cousins tastes run from AC Milan to Real Madrid..but they are just fans of certain players and Im sure that they dont have a passion for their clubs.

And like the rest of everyone here....Im still waiting to celebrate.

I became a fan of Inter through Christian 'Bobogol' Vieri. I used to play lots of Winning Eleven in the PS, and I always used Italy. Vieri never failed to score. I was mesmerized by him. I actually checked him out, during the 2002 World Cup, and saw him a few times. Then I got to know he's from Inter, then when I saw the black and blue, I just fell in love.

Many people in Singapore call Inter the 'loser' team. Well, I can't exactly say they are totally wrong, but I'm waiting for the day, (hopefully this season) where Inter wins the scudetto and I can stuff those idiots' words up their a$$!! :fero:

And, my brother is also an Inter fan because of me. I hypnotised him into it. :D

Crespo, Figo, I
well, I become an interfan in 1998... you can guess why...

and inter never win anything big since then..., but I still keep being and interista...

I think Inter and myself has similar problems, we never win anything big since 1989 ha ha ha ha... even after trying so hard..

so being an interfan is just perfect, the pain of not achieving anything big yet...

so when inter win something, that would be very very satisfying....

and I know, when inter win something, they will stay on top.... for a long time... just like myself..:)

Well my story is kinda the same as Gismos......I was a huge fan of Ronaldo....And I followed him....from the day he got to Europe. And therefor I suported the club he was playing for....And when Inter bought him..The first thught was " Who" I was kinda impressed that Ronaldo wonted to go to a club who had not won the scudetto for 8 years (at that time). Well very soon after he had joind Inter I saw my very first game. And it was love at first sight....And since then I have been a fanatic fan of the club.

As a kid, i was a general football supporter, with no allegiance to one particular club. This all changed during the mid 90s, when i decided to fully commit myself to supporting a club. Back then, the 2 most famous football clubs were Inter Milan and AC Milan. Frankly, i chose the club based on 2 ideals - the name Inter Milan sounded nicer, and blue was a color i preferred (over red). Hence, it was in 1996 that i finally had a club to support, and over the years, the love for the club has grown greater and greater. It must be said that like most of you, my only success by way of trophies, was the UEFA Cup won in Paris in May 98. However, the joys i have had with this club is more than just about trophies. The simplest things like watching Il Capitano play week in and week out is reason enough for me to love this frustrating but utterly beautiful club. :)

Ciao,
Tim

Ronaldo drived me to follow Inter too(god, i dont like to say this, but he brought a lot of people to became inter fans), my first season as a die hard fan , everything was perfect back then, i was sure we were going to win lo scudetto, i was such a ingenuous boy , gobbi appeared :depress: and you know the rest of the story, but that fact increased even more my passion to Inter. if i know something in my life is that i love Inter  , few days ago i got drunk with some friends, we like to record us when we are drunk, i heard the tape, i was so happy when i listened myself triying to speak italian and singing Pazza Inter. :proud:

Well I have been in Love for about 8 years now and boy is it tough! It was my destiny to support Inter as most of my family had supported them! When the partnership of Vieri-Ronaldo came together I was floating on clouds and to be honest when we win something I think that me emotions will be inexplicable,I can't wait any more!

First it was Zenga. Twelve seasons with us :proud:
I actually thought that it was the rule of the nature that it´s impossible to score past him in 1990 in World Cup. Then in semifinals Claudio Caniggia did something awfull and scored. It took me a while to understand what the hell just happened. It was the same feeling that if someone would have said that the sun doesn´t allways rise in mornings or that the world is not round. I didn´t understand at all

But then Roby did it for good, there will never be anyone like him..

Well,it's a strange story.

I was about 8 years old and I was watching on Greek TV always Milan winning, except for one match that a team with black-blue stripes beat them.I didn't know this team name but as a very young kid I was supporting this team (without knowing the name). :D

After 2 years,I finally learned that this team was Inter and that they were the AC Milan eternal enemies. Then I became a passionate Inter supporter and I am still waiting to see our team win Serie A.

I became a fan in 1998 also... I was watching my first game of football: CL football (Inter vs ManU) . I instantly felt sorry for the fenomeno who was injured... He was on the pitch but was just helpless... Inter drew that game I think and that was the start of it, since then my passion started to grow and now it cant be stopped.... :fero: :fero: :fero: :fero: :fero: :fero: :fero: :fero:

I started supporting Inter in 1988, I was 10. To be honest I just loved the colours, black and blue. I was living near Milan so that played a big part too.

We're the best fans in the world, that's for sure. We went through so much but our faith doesn't go away.

They make us suffer so much and we just love them more. :proud:

Despite my criticisms of Vieri, he's the reason I started following Inter in 99/00 and I haven't stopped since. Been through the ups and downs (mostly the latter) but it'll be that much more joyful when we finally do win.
