I think it is essential that...

We get rid of people like Pereira, Stankovic, Chivu, Mudingayi, Gargano, Silvestre, Jonathan. I'd be prepared to replace them with Biraghi, Duncan, Crisetig, Peruzzi, Campagnaro, Caldirola. Rocchi for Longo/someone new too.

We could massively reduce costs, and for the main part, most of them will not need to play that much next season - but still give them a decent amount of game time if they can break into the first team. Biraghi and Caldirola have been particularly impressive, as well as Duncan, and Crisetig is now starting to really find his feet in Serie B.

I dont know. Its hard to say.

Strama I do not feel is beneficial for the club anymore. His tactical incompetence is a big problem for us at the moment - I have no doubt we'd be 10+ points better off without him.

We need a manager who has the balls. I'd still like to think about Davide Nicola (Livorno manager) - but I don't know that much about him.

Its hard to say. Hopefully we can secure someone decent, at least. The backing we gave Strama was perfect - he was just the wrong guy for the job.

Yeah. Strama would've been a great choice had he gone on to coach a midtable Serie A club for 2/3 years then come to Inter. The management simply fell for his remarkable achievement in the NextGen + our desperate state + low costs.

I would keep Alvarez. This was a terrible season for him (it was bad for mostly everyone) and showed last season that he can be the difference in a game. He's also been thrown into so many roles this year under Strama and without enough games for consistency. If he can't get it right next season under the right guidance...than yeah, sell him as much as I hate to say that since he's one of my favourite's in the squad.
