I would reluctantly let go of Handanovic, and Icardi if we can get a mega money deal from Arsenal and Chelsea respectively. The latter because of his agent and the former because of the fact that we can replace him. The only wish is that I hope we do not squander the money in signing someone like Yaya Toure.

For many years we've been craving a young team and to get ride of the "Grandbas", right now we have one of the youngest starting eleven in the league and still that didnt help us improve.

The frequent change of managements that affected the mentality have indeed affected the team, as well as the inconsistency of a lot of players including the young ones due to their lack of experience.

Rano the team's captain 26, might be the youngest captain in the league, inherited a huge burden taking the armband of a team like Inter from a veteran as Zanetti to take charge of a new team who is still in the assembly phase.
Juan Jesus 23, relatively and extremely young for a defender who plays for a big name.
Kova 20
Icardi 21
Shaqiri 23
Santon 24
D'ambrosio 26
Medel 27
Hernanes 29

4-5 players who are incredibly young and inexperienced working under the pressure of a frying ban and into the fire, having a lot of pressure on their shoulders and being asked to fulfill the club's destiny to join the big names in Europe, a thing that is pretty much impossible under the change of managements and the lack of experience in our ranks.

I say Keep Palacio and buy 2 veterans to lift the team, start Hernanes every game and build the team around him and Shaqiri, I like the idea of Toure and maybe another veteran fullback.

Good idea i read football game exactly like you do, Kolarov is the best Fullback that we can get, Yaya Toure and Thiago Motta are the mens for the mid, i said 1000 times you can win matches with youngers only on FM and FIFA, in the real life you will fail for sure!

Cech will be perfect to replace Handa (money from Handa use for Cech).
I believe if Medel make good games at this summer Copa America we can get 10m for him and we can use this cash for Allan.
We can sell Nagatomo for 7m to Schalke and get Kolarov for 10m.
We can sell Guarin, Kuz, Obi, Khrin, Botta, Crisetig, Longo and use them money for Thiago Motta and Yaya Toure.
We can get wingers if we want to look more dangerous in attack for free - Ayew, Konoplyanka, Biabiyani all them for freeeee!
And get one of Fekir, Fermino, Pedro or Jovetic for attack.
If there some money to invest at CB we can get Nastasic or Dragovic and with all this hard to make operations we can finish 2nd or 3rd next season for sure!

I'd keep:

Palacio - Still effective, gives his best, could be a valuable backup player, doesn't have an outrageous salary

Icardi - Our most prominent striker, even if he lacks creativity behind him, with an effective Shaq and another proper SS/AM/W he would be twice as lethal, we can get big bucks for him but the problem is even if we get 40M we won't be upgrading AND saving money so, pointless to transfer list him; he still has contract with us till 2018 so we ain't in a rush as well

Kovacic - His value is at an all time low ATM and I'd keep him not only because of the financial side, he's still got find continuity and I'm sure he'll do extremely well next season when tactics and team gel

D'Ambrosio/Santon - Not spectacular but they do the job

Hernanes - Picked up his form lately, we won't be selling him for profit as well so it's pointless to do so ATM

Shaqiri - We just bought the dude, his stay here shouldn't be discussed

Brozovic - Nothing special so far from him, still I'd give him a chance to shine next season

-

I'd think of getting rid of:

Handanovic - He's good but IMO not that good as people here make him out to be. Let him play in CL if there's a suitor and he's unhappy, something only the management knows, otherwise of course, keep him.

Nagatomo - We could keep him, he's a decent option, but he's 28, so if we keep him 1-2 more years he'd have zero resale value.

Dodo - If he can't be transformed into a winger then I'd be better for both sides to at least loan him out

Ranocchia/Vidic - I'd gladly discard those two but it depends on who could we get. IMO nobody substantially better for adequate money so we're stuck with those two, they began to show glimpses of gelling and finding form so maybe, like every year, next year will be a good one for the Rano/Vidic pairing.

Guarin - Been amazing and horrifying with us at the same time and it's high time for us to get some money from him and use them on a more consistent player.

Kuz - Could make us some 4-5M, he's extremely one-dimensional and there are plenty of players in our squad that could replace him, Brozovic is one of those

Campagnaro - End of contract, was a beast his first month here, sadly our honeymoon didnt last too long due to injuries and struggling to find his form

Obi - Hasn't impressed, although he was used scarcely; sad to see him go but we have to make room and money for more impactful players; anyways I think Gnokouri can fill his role pretty equally so a new club would be a good chance to him to try to salvage his career

JJ - I expect him to snatch a load of money but I guess that's just me, probably won't go for more than 10M and that would be a steal if he finds his form and learns a thing or two, let's not forget he's 23. I'd keep him if there isn't a decent offer for him, he's dedicated and loyal as well.

Medel - Works for us for now but he isn't exactly the most complete DM around, if there are no better options I'd gladly keep him but I'd trade him for someone with better positioning at least

Jonathan - End of contract, thank god

Andreolli - A competent home-grown player, I guess we'll offload him to make room for Murillo tho, not sure it's the brightest idea

He would be 2nd choice at both those teams. Colombian law or not look at Ospinas numbers at Arsenal. He will not bench him.

Handa really only has Roma as an option. It's the only champions league team better then us that would actually need him. His agent is playing Hard ball. Roma wants Perin and if Arsenal get a Cech then Roma will go for Ospina.

I really see no place for Handa other then Lazio, A.C Milán or Roma. Not much of an upgrade and not certain he will start.

He should just stay where he is but he is being such a dick I prefer we sold him.

Icardi going for anything less then 35 million euro in this insane market would be us allowing a team to kick us in the nuts and steal our money.

Getting a better more well rounded team is more important then any player. Tho selling Icardi bringing Toure + Dbayala If that's the plan is an awful plan

Handanovic would not be 2nd GK at Arsenal.

I doubt Arsenal even want Ospina to be their first, as they're trying to get Cech.
