Totally agree and not just that, cause the way they play gets shuffled a lot, which he can experience a lot of different things like playing with and without a target man, overloading on the side etc.
Monza coach even mentioned playing him differently which I noticed, but just wasn't sure if that was the case, it just helps even develop further his understanding the game in different perspective if he is smart enough to handle it and not get confused which seems to be the case.

well, he wont be staying here, as theres no space. We will have like 8, or more strikers in July.

Another loan would be best for him until we can rid ourselves of Arnautovic and Correa

He is such an interesting kid, I found it odd that he kept possession way better than his teammates in general in Monza, and I think a lot of progressive plays at the same time, also his judgement on whether he can beat the defender is quite good, if he can either get more explosive, agile, or better balance, he can just easily beat defenders.
It has been mentioned before, that he is an extreme left foot player.
Some of the things still shows he is an 18 from time to time, but there are all physical related, play/decision wise you can't really tell, his defense is really something, there was one play he was trying to dribble, beat one player and the cover one took it from him and Carboni ran almost from box to box back and stop the counter attack with a sliding tackle.
I found it wasteful to play him either a pure striker or a Mezzala as his career.
Hope he does some damage to Milan next game.

I think he’s about 2 seasons away from being a baller. Pls don’t sell. We could use a creative, drifting type attacking mid/ support striker to help unlock stubborn defenses (and not in the Correa way).

FIF Special OnesI watched the Monza vs Roma game today. He started on the bench but came on early due to a Gagliardini injury.
You can tell he has class. I would like to see him being a bit more proactive in Monza’s game. At times he kind of floats around and the game passes him by. He could move into space and demand the ball more or make more aggressive runs that demand the pass.
I’m sure that’s completely normal for a young guy in his first year of senior football. When he gets on the ball he usually makes the right decision.
I think another loan spell would be good for him before thinking about a return to Inter. Especially if we’re going to have both Taremi and Arnautovic in the squad next season.

10 years of FIFYeah, the floating around is something which really rocks my boat. From young players that's understandable but it doesn't fit to Inter indeed.
That's also the reason I hate Correa with passion. He's 10 years too old to do that and that was what he did at Inter every game.

Gianluca Galliani, son of Monza's CEO Adriano Galliani, expressed his appreciation for Valentin Carboni, the forward who arrived on loan from Inter, to the microphones of TVPlay: "I believe Carboni has enormous potential, and he's an intelligent guy whom I really like. He needs experience, he can't go back to Inter but he must continue to play and pursue a path of growth. Putting him in a top team now would be a mistake, but I really don't think the Inter executives will do that. Monza is a team with competition, so I believe this season is serving him to become a better player."
Galliani also talks about Michele Di Gregorio, a goalkeeper raised in Inter's youth system and now back in the Inter orbit: "Di Gregorio and Andrea Colpani have long contracts. If someone wants to take them away from Monza, they will have to work hard. I agree wholeheartedly. He is making great strides at Monza, with game-time in 21 out of 28 league matches (7 of them starting), and at 19 years of age in a notoriously conservative Serie A, that's no mean feat. Taking him back as a fifth option for next seasons reeks of the cheap and short-sighted solution (if we even need a fifth option for attack - who knows), which will ultimately stump his growth. Being young and a reserve at Inter has never benefitted anyone except for the coach who had an extra body in case of 'break in case of glass'-emergencies (looking at you, Inzaghi) or when nothing really mattered. Pinamonti came from two 5-goals-a-season seasons with Frosinone and Genoa, and then played 164 minutes under Conte, for instance. It's an absolute gamebreaker for young players to be last in line, and this wouldn't be any different. Correa/Sanchez/whatever cheap option on top of, assumedly, Lautaro/Thuram/Taremi/Arnautovic will have to do, if we even need five strikers. We don't need to rush him back here just for him to stand with a thumb up his ass.
Keep him loaned at Monza - Palladino loves him and he's getting solid minutes. Venturing into hypothetical territory, if we could incentivize Monza to lower the price for Di Gregorio (I'm drooling, I know) in a simultaneous loan-deal and park them both at Monza for the time being, we're looking at a giant win-win.

Most Improved MemberI also think that Carboni has to stay there for 2.seasons more. He will build up enough experience in serie A, and similar to Barella, he will be ready to make the next step. It's useless to bring him back.here, only to eat the bench most of the time.

I would love a future of Carboni here. But honestly, does he have a position in our system?
You can’t expect Limone to adjust his whole system, which is working really well, for a 18 year old talent.
Sure i’m all for keeping him and adjusting him to Mhiki’s position. But i really don’t know how realistic that would be.
