Perhaps on paper because of their high-profile names but if you take a look closer to how they have been performing lately, then no way. Maybe Brighton is an exception because they have been quite competitive in the Premierleague, and the race for top4 is far superior compared to others, but as for the rest of the teams in that group, honestly they are rather garbage these days.
