Didn’t know we could have worst announcers then the Mexican ones but I rather hear about how godlike Lozano and Chicarito Hernandez is during a Argentina vs Brazil game but at least they say goal in a cool way

Ecuador for me is the most solid team of not Italy. Has anyone seen any player that looks legit.

From Italy? Plizzari and Pinamonti are pretty much the best keeper and the best CF in the tournament. The rest are meh.
I don't know anythinf about Ucraine. Korea has this small number 10, I think he plays for Valencia. Lee Kangin or something like that. He's good

It was a retarded call. He didn't elbow the opponent, he barely touched him.

It was not right at all...you can go find other angles. His arm was out to protect the ball way before there was any contact. The defender literally ran into his arm and fell down. When they showed the replay I thought for sure it would stand because it was so clear that the Italian player's arm did not move towards the Ukrainian, but it was the other way around.

Italy missed so many easy chances so it should not have come to this, but it really is shameful when a beautiful goal gets robbed even when we have video replay.

It all depends on the replay you watch....some angles make it look like he swung his arm at him, but there are some that clearly show the defender just running into his arm and falling over.

First off, we should never forget that football is a contact sport, meaning that (unlike for example volleyball) to touch an opponent doesn't equate fouling.

The contact between scamacca and the Ukrainian player was overall soft.

More importantly, scamacca simply did his thing, he was in possession of the ball and his movement was natural and coherent with was he was doing. If anything, a foul should have been in favor of Italy.

Fucking ref, I hope he's not allowed to umpire an important match for at least the next 5 years.

Shame it's only 3rd place. We had everything to be world champions. Anyway, these guys are already the best ecuadorian NT in history, at any level. I'm so proud of them
