10 years of FIFBecause we couldn't play in the away shirts in Turkey because we were being sensitive to their feelings. Hence we decided to play with the home shirt in the away leg but with the away shirt it home.

In fact its just one dumbass lawywer who wants it (probably not anymore, since Fernebache are already qualified), Fernebache has not even issued a statement regerding this topic.
Its was a dumb move to get Fernebache 3 points, and considering the ridiculous decisions that Uefa are renowned for making, you cant really blame the lawyer to pull something out of the blue and try his luck, can you? the only thing more pathetic than the article are some of the replies over here.

First of all, this lawyer (whoever he is) has nothing to do with Fenerbahce. I even never heard of this in Turkey. All I can say about the news is that it is completely ridicilous. I can't actually believe someone actually tried to appeal to something this stupid. Idiot.
I am also amazed to say that there were a couple of people who actually managed to get offended from the shirt, but they just need to chill.
You shouldn't take these seriously. At least, we don't.

The cross wasn't on the jersey because of the crusades, it was there because it represents the city.
