Hey guys i paste here the text of that new rule for all the european teams, someone who know spanish and better english than me can translate it

05/06:
2 players of the primavera team that can be not italians= MARTINS AND OTHER GUY (momente, marino, andreolli)
2 italian players (vieri,cz,toldo) whatever.

and in 06/07 and 07/08:
4 of each in the place of 2.
that means players like CZ or martins are very very important for us, chelsea will have problems cause they only have John Terry.

Is it just about players of own production, cause that is rule UEFA has worked on for a wheile now.

2 players in 05/06

4 players in 06/07

6 players 07/08

8 players in 08/09

And it has nothing to do with nationalities since it would be illegal. You can't make a rule that you have to have a sertain nr. of players from your owne country.

I come to thing about it

then it would be more like this

2 none European players from the yourth team
2 European players

That would be legal

what do you guys say if real is asking 24m for samuel, is he worth that much one year later?

With 24M I'd...

Buy Alex for 8M (Chelsea's asking price)
Buy Chivu for 15M (More than Roma's asking price)
Buy Makinwa for 1.5M (More than Atalantas asking price)

all that and I still have 500 000$ left :D

Good, let's as usual settle for half solutions and never buy what we need. I need true CD and one that would be perfect for us. It's either Samuel or Alex I guess, Real have been linked with some defenders from Sevilla as of late, add to that the fact that Luxembergo would prefer a mobile CD like Luisao.

I prefer Alex over Samuel ,I don't care if Samuel is rated highly in Serie A ,he had a horrible season in which he keeped fouling players because he couldn't stop them ,why should we pay for him more than Real did ?

Oh man, I will try and be calm to get my point across.

Does anybody here know how awful Real's defence is? If you put Maldini he'd suck there.

LOOK AT THE TEAM FIRST. I am not a Samuel poster boy, but to judge him because of the Real defence is tragic.

They had a defence worse than us, and who is Alex to be compared to Samuel? He might be better, but right now it's a travesty to say that he is more suited to us than Samuel.

well I hope you guys had a beautiful night sleep, mmmm that first Adri Goal was really dreamy;
also I hope that everyone has now put that new GK story away, because we cant afford better goalie than Toldo at this moment; he was back at his old form;did you guys see the smile on his face when Cassano headed the ball in offside and he still plucked it in the air;I liked that hes obviously injoying himself;he did save us a couple of times you have to admit;he and Adri were the difference;that Chivu free kick,hmmm......
ToldOne should definatelly stay and retire with the club;keep him as first choice for some time and than eventually land some new talented keeper like Kameni with future in mind(exchange Carini)

Adriano from www.inter.it:

"I'm pleased I helped the team win this evening, but I'm sorry I have to miss the return leg. When I kissed my shirt after scoring? I will do it again and again. When I was in Brazil last week they said I want to leave Inter. This is not true. Inter is my home, I hope they stop saying that I want to leave. It's not a nice thing to say."

:depress: - re: return leg

Diego Milito

Full Name: Diego Alberto Milito
Current Club: Genova (Italy)

Birth Date: June 12 1979
Birth Place: Bernal, Buenos Aires
Birth Nation: Argentina
Height: 179cm
Weight: 78kg
Nationality: Argentina
Position: Forward

Hi guys Diego Milito has been linked with Inter for quite some time now. Since Inter has good business relationship with Genoa - if ever Milito moves Inter has a big chance to sign him inspite of big competitions from Real Madrid & Juventus.
So far in this season Milito has scored 18 goals in 35 league games which make him the second best Serie B top scorer along Francesco Tavano from Empoli and whoever whishes to buy him will have to pay at least around 4,500,000 Euros.

I am going off Chivu now. He looked like an average defender last night against Oba and Adriano. I think that Samuel is the only option we should be looking at now. We need a guarantee, a player that can sort out our issues and Samuel is the man for us. Go for it Moratti.

My inner belief also tells me that we will now pip Juve for Cassano  .

Considering that this topic is the longest and one of the oldest in Forza Inter, I just couldn't bear to close it despite of Pravesh's & Jimmy's request. :( Well, they didn't exactly say to close this topic but to open new ones, which I have already done. :D But I think we should bid farewell to this topic and discuss in the 4 separate topics that I have opened.

Arrivederci, Transfers Rumours Thread. :proud:

MORATTI: "ADRIANO'S STAYING WITH US"

MILAN - (ANSA) - Adriano will remain at Inter, and Cassano is not the 'present' Nerazzurri fans are expecting. In an interview with Gr Parlamento programme Politics in Football, Massimo Moratti confirmed that the Brazilian is not leaving Milan. "After last night it's difficult to leg go a player of Adriano's potential," said the Inter patron, confirming his 'no' to Real Madrid. "After the double at the Olimpico," joked Moratti, "his value has increased..."

"Without Adriano we would have to rebuild the entire attack," explained Moratti. And in the future Inter side there doesn't seem to be room for someone like Antonio Cassano. "It's a deal that will never happen," Moratti said. "He's a fun player but I don't think he would add anything to a department which is already abundant. He would bring us more problems than advantages."

Moratti reassured the fans by saying that they will soon have the present promised them. "I hope to complete the squad by giving the fans a small satisfaction, also for their patience," he said. "Winning the Coppa Italia is an important step for next year. Mancini wants to win."

I'm not a huge fan of this multiple transfer rumor thread, I like them all together. But that's my opinion, and I wasn't involved in the discussions.

Internazionale are confident they can complete the permanent signing of Chelsea midfielder Juan Sebastian Veron by the end of the week.

Veron joined the Nerazzurri last summer on a season-long loan deal from the Premiership champions.

"We are working to keep the player," said sporting director Marco Branca.

"Veron's situation will probably be resolved in the next few days and we are optimistic that he will stay."

The 30-year-old, who sealed a £15m move to Chelsea from Manchester United in 2003, has a contract with the Stamford Bridge outfit until 2007 but stuggled to settle at Stamford Bridge and could now sign a three-year deal with Inter.

Veron is considered a pivotal player for Inter coach Roberto Mancini, having made 24 Serie A appearances and played in 10 Champions League games for the San Siro club during his loan spell.

so we cant get another loan deal for Veron !

i wonder does this mean we wont be signing Pizzaro ....... I mean he wont be thrilled to become Veron's understudy after being the boss at Udinese
