I've just had an idea.

Using transfermarkt as a price guide, the challenge is as follows; build the best possible 'New Inter' team, where no player can cost more than €15m, and you have a total transfer budget of €30m. You can sell existing players using the valuation on transfermarkt. What can we do on a budget? Is there hope for an FFP-throttled Inter squad?

sell/get rid - maicon, lucio, cordoba, chivu, forlan, Deki

buy Poli, isla, gurain or mvilla and Jovetic as well as a decent young center back

the money might not quite add up but the wage saving are more than big enough to cover the loss

if a good offer comes for Wes than sell and buy Lucas and another 5-10 million player

this is perfectly feasiable with the money that is reported to be available and almost from just with our current means

i think lucas should only be signed after the squad is upgraded as we need instant impact and it wint help him a greta deal to come into a losing team like we have ATM

Of course you can't but this is just a nice way to see what we might be able to do and see value in players that other clubs wouldn't notice.
