depends on the weather. last few years the seasons are all mixed up, but Milano in snow in december is a sure bet IMO

not canadian snow tho

Yeah, there's nothing quite like a Canadian winter east of Vancouver (where it just pisses rain all winter) I don't miss these days that's for damn sure

Brugge, by far. Amazing city...For me most beautifull in world.

Ghent's more beautiful then Brugge though. But Brugge's more.. peacefull. Good to chill.

Anyway Prague has to be the best city. Cheap costs, massive fun.
