Inter only sells Coutinho and Kovacic. World renown starts like D'Ambrosio are club legends. We can't sell them.

The Phenomenon
Hoping to see him play some minutes in the derby following Pioli's comments on trying to get the best out him again. It's reassuring to see that someone is willing to give him a shot again, but I'm not going to hold my breath.

I do really want to see him play, but not in the derby.

I don't know when will people finally give up on him. I have already, for like 2 or 3 months.

At least now we have a free slot for Fillipe Anderson or Gabirel.

Yeah, let's flame him for not scoring 3 goals against an ultra defensive Bbilan in 10 mins :palm:

Let him start a few games. JoJo has the magic

Its not for scoring. Its for contributing nothing but fuck ups in the time he was on the field.

Then you can better go to the Icardi thread for that matter.

yet we score so little as a team when we are focusing just on Icardi,if he was a striker who can do more than score for example run, dribble and run and pass...others would score more...too

Adriano, gave assists and scored,so did Ibra, even Cruz gave assists,Crespo...was more modern player than him
This team would do better with a Milito tbh...

Icardi is an Inzaghi,archaic...and Icardi goes missing plenty of times in big games...Inzaghi thrived in big games

we have Perisic and Candreva who are wingers...and a Inzaghi...ok Joao Mario played AM but he isn't rly at home there...although he wasn't that bad
Icardi missed the balll twice when he had a sitter...inexusable

he isn't even a target men,he is just a poacher

We focus on feeding him and many times we end up short handed,we should have other options too
Ok today we had for once, thank god...today individual superiority brought the draw
but we ain't a team...Icardi's inability to partake in the build up is costing us a lot...even if he is our main goal threat

What are you talking about? We've had other options. Perisic also had big chance to score with his head but missed it BIG and it's not the first time I see him not being able to score with his head.

yes today we were dangerous from many sauces and that was Pioli's hand shown on the team...but when we open the diversity signor Icardi gets lonely and can't do shit on his own,as a sole striker he should but he hasn't got the skills for that,if he isn't feed like a baby he is useless...but then again Bacca wasn't much better either

I simply disagree, maybe it's true for last season, but Icardi has done well as lone striker this season. Even this game he got plenty chances just that he didn't have any form whatsoever.

But this is Jovetic thread and the thing is Palacio could be a much better co-striker than Jovetic.

every normal coach needs a player like Jovetic. his different attribute will give us more options than relying on a frequently-static style in icardi. so dont sell him.
at least we must wait what pioli could do in maximizing him.

Yes and no. Diversification is good and everyone likes talented players. However, Inter need players that can perform at much higher level than Jovetic currently is.

So he needs to step up big time, which I doubt since he has been like this ever since he left Fio, or he'll need to revive his career elsewhere.

Crazy though there was a time when Jovetic was a obviously better player and had even higher potential than Luis Suarez, how things change...

I guess Jovetic's time at Inter is done. Dropped from the squad for no reason, it appears that Inter will loan him out to Fiorentina this January, with Milan Badelj moving the other way.

While I am delighted to steal Badelj from under Milan's noses, and we do need a player like him, its a bit sad to see Jojo go. He used to be one of the players I really wanted to see in an Inter shirt, its disappointing that it did not work out. Very talented guy, probably moving to Fiorentina will be the best move for him.

Best of luck, Jojo! And welcome Milan Badelj, may you become the defensive playmaker that our midfield so desperately needs.

If we actually do get Badelj in some sort of swap deal it's a smart move for us. As much as I like Jojo and am really upset we never really gave him a chance, we have plenty of forwards but only one real option at DM right now.

The agent of Stevan Jovetic has accused Inter's players of picking the team and described the club as 'unprofessional.'

The Montenegrin international has played just 67 minutes of his team’s season so far and has been left out of Sunday’s squad to face Sassuolo.

He does not feature on the Nerazzurri’s official list of injured and suspended players, suggesting he has been completely frozen out of Coach Stefano Pioli’s plans.

“The club and the directors have behaved in an unprofessional manner,” Fali Ramadani is quoted as saying by Gazzetta Dello Sport.

"The players choose the line-up. That isn't like Inter, a great club."

The 27-year-old has been linked with a loan move away from San Siro, with Fiorentina touted as the most likely destination amid rumours of a swap deal also involving Milan Badelj.

“The idea would be an exchange of loans,” confirmed Ramadani. “Then, there would be permanent deals to discuss at the end of the season with more calm.”

Seriously? Even the players don't pick him?

First Mancini, then FdB, Piolo and now not even the players between them don't pick him.

Obviously, I don't like the idea of players picking the team. But, at these difficult times, if it's working, so be it. I guess they know each other's strength and weaknesses better than Pioli. Pioli needs time to get to know the players. Ideally he should have a porper perseason. But, hopefully the winter break would be enough for him.
