Has anybody got any actual suggestions for who would come in and do a better job here?

There is no one. Literally no one.
That is the only thing that saves limone...

conte wants to leave tottenham this season. Inter should book him at all costs.

Yea, he will definitely return here with weaker squad than it was when he left, and he left cause he knew that with that squad he aint win shit.

There are several names to mention but it's a pointless debate as long as Suning is here and the squad is getting worse each season. Inzaghi has his own issues but our main issue lies somewhere else.

It was footballing justice Bologna's goal came from a DDA fuckup and Mkhi was utter shit in his 16th consecutive start. Meanwhile Asllani and Bellanova got 0 minutes and Carboni was thrown in the last minutes, as usual, out of desperation.

Second consecutive loss in a pitch we hadn't lost since Cuper. Our form in the league post World Cup break has been utterly PA-THE-TIC. PATHETIC. Wins against Napoli and Milan aren't enough to save it. Just 11 points out of 21 in the matches against Monza, Verona, Cremonese, Empoli, Sampdoria, Udinese and Bologna. Embarrassing.

We need to stop with the bellanova nonsense, he's nowhere near inter quality. Dumbo can atleast pull a last minute equalizer out his ass. Agree about Mhiki, he should have come off the bench, he should be considered an impact player (same with Dzeko). But clearly Inzaghi didn't prep for Bologna. Which is surprising given this is where we lost the scudetto. Perhaps he didn't have enough time with the midweek game, and he thought we had enough quality in the squad to see this one through

The results are obviously unacceptable for a team of our stature and i think its safe to say that Inzaghi doesnt have the "minerals" to mount a challenge for the scudetto. Even with a stronger squad. I guess many of us knew this going in but there was a glimmer of hope at least. Going forward we need a manager with personality and fight, first and foremost. For the time being, I suggest we all consider Inzaghi a caretaker coach and nothing more, for our continued good health.

Just to make myself clear i don't really rate Bellanova. I don't think he's ready for Inter, he's pretty raw and he needs to go elsewhere on loan and work on his game. But the club decided to spend 10m on him for better or worse (worse imo). If these guys never get playing time they will never improve. Also he's one of the few in the squad who has speed and kinda a decent cross (in his good days). He could be useful when you're searching for a goal in a pitch where you play a lot with crosses. Bringing in D'Ambro doesn't really offer anything anymore. He used to be that impact sub player with goals and clearances in crucial moments but he can't do it anymore. His last goal was in September 2021. He has struggled a lot with injuries and he said after his last game against Udinese that he played with pain. He was a great soldier for the club but his body just can't cope with defensive duties anymore. He's done.

If you don't trust Bellanova just finish the game with Darmian-Dumfries duo on the right or bring in another midfielder and switch to a back 4.

As for Inzaghi, for me the most worrying issue is this part:

"We must seek new motivation every two or three days. I am the coach, so it is my role too, we all must do more in these situations and have a better initial approach to these games.

“We can’t seem to maintain the same level of concentration and determination playing every two and a half days. We know that we are Inter and we have a packed fixture list, we used up a lot of energy against Porto on Wednesday, but still we ought to do better.

If the coach admits he doesn't know how to motivate players in matches against lesser opponents then we have a problem.

I’m actually shocked with the amount of people NOT calling for this guys head. What a sad, sad state of affairs.
Well, personally for me, it's because sacking inzaghi won't make suning become rich again or make marotta be competent in working with limited budget.
As long as he get top 4 finish, I don't see the need to firing him. I'll prefer the clown above him to go first.

We were total shit today. We tried to same thing, our slow cycling and trying to find the holes from opponent's defensive structure. We found very few and then in the process made lots of mistakes with the ball, giving it away a lot. Our team is simply not technical enough apparently to handle such poor pitch.

Inzaghi doesn't seem a proper guy for this group. We indeed play every 3 days and need to have the motivation for every one. He needs to find a way to get the bench involved then if the main guys aren't "motivated". Inter's target is to ALWAYS play every 3 days so I don't really get what this guy is complaining about.
