Potential 4x times his current wage, well, career is short.
Hmm I doubt they offer that much for him, it breaks their current wage structure and they want to trim even more.
I read Brescia gets 15% but not sure it's true and what source it was70mil euro for Tonali???
Are you fucking kidding me Newcastle. Milan are laughing to the bank on this one. They could sign Frattesi and SMS with that money.
The funny thing is Tonali didn't need to think very long to take the offer
Let's get real, that's way too much money to refuse. Coming from a 2m net salary to something like 8m+ is too good to refuse.
if you think in 2 years he's at 5m a year from milan, for 5 years (just for arguments sake), that's a total net earnings in that time of like 30mil lets just sayHe will eventually get like 5m/y from Milan, 8m is not that significantly higher. And he didn't even bother to do the PR, pretend to struggle to make decision for a few days etc... he just took it like he couldn't wait to fuck off

In the same time at 8m a year from newcastle for 7 years, thats 56mil net earnings
pretty significant, tbh
oh for sure i dont think its just about the money but also milan's plans, maldini, etc.Oh I expected Tonali to get a raise to 5m right after the mercato, even sooner if he leveraged Newcastle's interest.
Even if he wouldn't get that raise, 26m is not an amount of money that you could take and be set for life as a footballer. This career move should have been carefully considered, especially when he's only 23. It's Milan to Newcastle, not Udinese to Barca, you only take such offer this quickly if you hate your club.
