no, it was not. you probably confuse with juan jesus and even the brazilian only if he plays at least a certain number of matches (which i think he did but not sure since it was never said clearly how many)

About Juan Jesus i read this on calcioefinanza.com a month ago:

Roma have already been obliged to purchase Juan Jesus for €8 million; Inter’s last financial statement revealed that if the Giallorossi were in 1st-17th place in Serie A on 1st February, 2017 or at the end of the 2016/17 season, their purchase option would become mandatory.

I had heard Juan Jesus obligation depended on a certain number of appearances like you said but i don't know how reliable those reports were since there was never any mention of the specific number.

Juventus wants Schick and Paredes. I wonder who else from Roma and Napoli this summer is going to move to Juventus in moves that maybe don't strenghten Juventus but do weaken Roma and Napoli.

Milan have pretty much signed Kessie and RR apparently. Have to say im very jealous, wouldn't have minded Inters market starting like this. If we had those two we'd need one real good CB and the market would almost be complete already. Two very good signings for Milan.

Pepe, Manolas, Berardi, Schick, Darmian. If we landed all of them, I think I'd be satisfied with our mercato. Throw in a quality DM, and I'd be pretty excited about the new season.

How anyone can be jealous of Milan is beyond me. It´s baffling how nobody else showed serious interest in RR despite how amazing he is... Milan even got a discount. Do not forget that Mirabelli was like Fassone´s last resort, both Ausilio and Sabatini were far ahead on that list... let´s see if there´s a reason for that.

Kessie seems like a pretty good signing, could turn out to be the next Nainggolan. As for Ricardo Rodriguez, he isn't the player he used to be but at 12+3m, is a risk worth taking considering the lack of quality left backs in the market. (Players like Mendy won't come to a club that can't offer Champions League football)

Mirabelli was the probably the only one who opposed signing Kondogbia, doubt he could be possibly worse than Ausilio

How do you know that?? he had a bit of sense then. I'd much rather they got Kondogbia and we got kessie

Milan got Rodriguez for 15+3m. 12m+bonuses was our offer back in February. It still remains a good deal though.

About Mirabelli being against Kondogbia signing. That was mentioned by the media only when Mirabelli joined Milan. Why hadn't it been mentioned before? It could be true but i am too suspicious to believe it's a coincidence it was mentioned only when Mirabelli joined Milan.

They're also close to Musacchio of Villareal. That's a pretty decent start.

Gazzetta - Milan, niente clausola rescissoria per Ricardo Rodriguez: lo svizzero arriver? per 15 milioni (12+3 di bonus)

My guess is that Ausilio pulled out of the RR deal altogether

Interesting. Calciomercato and Sky had reported the deal was 15+3m. That makes it even worse because that's basically what we offered few months ago.
Calciomercato confirms your guess.

Inter spent 6 months to convince Rodriguez about big project with Chinese money, about great life in Milan, and convinced Wolfsburg about lowering their ask to 15m, and then put everything on hold till we find a new coach.

Mirabelli just went there and said "ditto".
