Don't blame him, but this is typical Toronto sports fans. Most of them would support a club because of glory etc. I think genuine passion and love for a sports team come hardly to them, and I'm not being sarcastic or anything here.

This is not a capitalist stock market, love can't be sold/bought.

This is the biggest bullshit I have heard before. It's the same bullshit like us foreign fans don't have a say about the club.

We can't choose were we were born it's luck. some get lucky and are born in milano and get to be close to the team and go to the games each week.

But that doesn't make us any less passionate about OUR TEAM many of us support this team to the ****ing ends of the earth. We buy their shirts every season. We checked the news about Inter before we even check the other more important news of the day.

And who the **** are you to judge whether any of us are die hard ****ing fans??? You are in no position to judge any of us. Many of us here has been supporting this side more than ****ing 10 years and some allot longer. We have been through the horrors of the mid 90's under the likes of Lippi and Tardelli. We have the ****ing epl whores, spanish ****s and bilanista's and gobbino's tell us what ever the **** they want. And each and everytime we have still gotten up the next sunday and supported our team.

We have seen the traitors like Vieri,Ronaldo and cannavaro go along with the fake fans who only support this side because of them. We have seen legends like JZ stick with this team just like us even when the team gave him and us more heart ache than it's worth.

And yes we would have booed the players if they put up such a gutless pathetic excuse of a performance like what Roma did last night. Because we love our team and we expect the best and we don't expect our team lie down and die like what Roma did.

We are ****ing Interisti and we are ****ing proud of it.

We don't have to sell Inter to you because you can't understand something so deep.

Inter is a way of life for most of us.

I highly suggest you grow some balls bro. That was pathetic and I can GAURENTEE you would never talk like that to ANYONE on the street. So keep hiding behind your computer screen you incompetent foul asshole.

As you would never question another fans loyalty on the street, you would never go tell another fan who can't attend home Inter games that he isn't a die hard fan. And I see how little you actually read since nowhere in that piece do I attack you personally. While you seem to like to personally judge us fans who can't attend each home game. I merely mention that you are in no position to judge us.

Maybe I should have used better language but since no of it was personal I have nothing to apologize for.

Hey wise guy!

So why the **** are you here posting this shit with an inter logo as you avatar huh? you live in toronto, no ways you could be a die hard fan so following your own logic you should just pack and leave!
Who are you to question one's love for the club based on his nationality? I don't live in Milano, I don't have Italian relatives yet since I can earn money I'm always collecting to go to as much Inter games as possible so I don't wanna come aroung an Inter forum to read that some wanker says I cannot be a die hard fan.

Everyone attacked poor guy. I will SELL what i like about inter.

It was champions league quaterfinal aginst milan, we were almost out. Dida is rolling on the ground, we dont have any words to sing. 15 years of so many hopes, yet another dissapointing season. You know your concurents are cheates, but there is nothing u can do about it.Bying the best players and still underacieving at the same time milan and juve keep collecting trophies and enjoying football.
But that wednesday once more every single interista had a hope that its a breaking point and that we will be back. But it was a great dissapointment. And to add salt on the wound its milan that eliminated us. Like felt crying, i am not saying anything about sining. Flares never end and milan fans keep their abuse songs on level. Only idea in the head is too just **** off from meazza and forget about football.
But that thought was just for couple of seconds. Next thing I know, maybe 12.000 people sing together NOI ABBIAMO INTER NEL CUORE.

For me it was one of the thousand little stories that sell inter to me as u say.Does not matter where u live because everyone can contribute in his own way.

Like many said before, you either like a club or you don't. You can't just choose and switch your loyalty.

LOL. When I saw the thread title, I thought some wanker had intentions to buy the club. :D

I'm going to be nice here, since you seem to be walking the fence, albeit a little more to the Roman side.

What everyone else has put so eloquently is fundamentally true. You don't really need to choose a club - it just comes naturally to you.

If you wake up one day, and you feel the need to check the news regarding a particular club, then, that's probably the one for you.

If you realize their fixtures and results are of positive significance to you, as opposed to all others, then, that's the football club you should support.

Don't bother supporting Inter if you're just not sure - this football club is certainly not for the faint hearted, especially true in the era before Roberto Mancini's arrival.

Ultimately, you are wrong to question our loyalty, especially on asinine criterion such as those you have listed. Most of us have stuck with Inter through its abyssal lows, and lived to hold our heads high.

Ciao,
Tim
