As long we won't include Longo, Bessa nor Coutinho in the deal I'm fine with him.

LETS FUCKING PARTY!!!

I mean, shit, are we actually going to sign a good player? Really? Branca finally managed to pull his head out his ass? Signing Atomic Ant, and it looks like we will co-own Verratti with Genoa if we can make Juve fuck off? Maybe this mercato is not a total fucking loss after all! All we need now is Salvatore Bocchetti/Davide Astori and we are sorted :slick:

I wouldn't mind including Longo. He's 20 and won't play for Inter anytime soon, so it'd be good for him to go away and get some playing time, then we'll see if he'll be another Destro or another Meggiorini.

Meh....Still not sure about Giovinco tbh. Failed so many times with Juve and I'm not sure about him fitting our style of play. Can people that watched Parma last season say something about their game, I feel like Giovinco benefited greatly from them playing counter attacking football and having more space to operate which wouldn't be the case with us. I may be completely wrong though.

Also, doesn't it makes us a bit midgety and isn't this type of player a bit redundant with Palacio already in the bag?

Giovinco if everything works out fine is that quality we are in need of but let's not close our eyes to several red flags sticking out his bald head.

I think Giovinco benefited most from being used properly last season. At Juve he was hardly given a chance, and when he was it was as a LM. Parma played him more centrally as a second striker which is where he's most dangerous. Similar to Palacio in the sense that they were players previously used out wide who really thrived when allowed to play more centrally as opposed to being stuck out on the wing. If we use him as a wide attacker with the freedom to move inside on a regular basis, then I think he can do well for us.

I'm curious to see what his price would be though.

Great You had to make this thread... now he definitely won't come :troll:

Seriously for me Gio>>>>Lucas and all the other names linked to us except Muller but he is out of our reach anyway. But It's hard to believe we can get a half owned Jube player...

i'd love it if we signed giovinco. his time with juve should basically be ignored. he has so much potential and i have the feeling that with stama as our manager giovinco could become an important player... if we sign him

giovinco - milito - palacio

.. isn't half bad. especially if we have cou/pazinni/forlan as subs
