There's a very strong possiblity that he will join us next season. What are your thoughts? Do we need him when we already have Milito, for example.

I would rather sell Ibra for cash and buy Cassano + an attacking midfielder... but that's me. But I know it's never that easy, this isn't FM sadly:D

I prefer money for Ibra, and then we go and buy 2 strikers we want... Eto'o is class, and sure he would do good things here, but there are better options.
I would like him more if he wasnt such a money lover:)

2 strikers? We're already getting Arnautovic (+ balotelli, Milito, Suazo)

Ok guys. If you want a separate thread for eto its fine but then keep all eto discussion in here separate from the ibra discussion.

Personally I rate eto very highly so I would want him. I would like to get rid of suazo if we sign eto and bring in cassano as well.

Actually, I think that all of us would like to get some extra cash for Ibra instead of Eto'o, but it's essence of transfers. You can't get all the time what you want. However, there is slight possibility of this as Laporta has stated before that Barca will sign a striker despite Eto'o situation.

Personally, it's difficult to predict and even imagine Eto'o in black 'n blue, but we must face reality. It's good if he comes and it's even better if he doesn't.

I am sure Suazo will go, while Arnautovic didnt sign yet, + he is injured till winter, after that he needs time to settle to seria A and new team, new experiance, so even if we sign him, I am not counting on him for this season

how does he play in his NT? Would be interesting to know how he does without a barca like-midfield behind him.

He has 39 goals in 80 games for cameroon. He was top goal scorer at the 2006 and 2008 african nations cup. He is the top goal scorer in the history of the african nations cup and for cameroon.

well that does sound good, though the opposition might not be the best. And with stats like those you'd think he would have gotten Cameroon to a worldcup by now:|

To be fair the only world cup he was at he was way too young. He was 21 at the 2002 wc, managed to score the winning goal vs saudi arabia. They never made the 2006 wc they got beaten by drogba's ivory coast in the qualifiers.

I really never liked Eto'o and I'm definetly not happy that he's replacing Ibra next season. Cassano-Milito would've been much better, but I guess I hope Eto'o can prove that he can still score goals with mediocre service.

Eto will do fine here. He is controversial player and i love that...
His speed and clinical finishing will be a huge advantage for us.

Cannavarro has been owned everytime he went up against Eto in La Liga so against the "new and improved" Juve, we wont have a problem breaking them down.

Eto's goal against Vidic in the CL final proves the man can beat anyone.

That was very cool finishing after fooling Vidic, indeed.

Hi guys,

Who want to make Anti-Eto'o revolution here? I'm here to support:D, I really don't want this player in Inter, I don't hate him, but simply he is not player for our team, and I don't think so he will improve something, till now we have made good mercato, but the only thing I'm dreamins is "Ibra's staying" nothing more :proud:

If that was true he would have gone to man city and not rejected them.;)
I'm not sure but 2-3 years ago, he almost signed for some club from Uzbekistan or Kazakhstan. So, what was that? And now if the rumours are true, he wants 10 millions per season...
