Why the fuck are you so obfuscated? Because he want to go to Juve. I just don`t give a shit wherever he want to go.

I can understand @browha being upset because he was maybe the most vocal advocates of Lukaku. But most of you were anyway against Lukaku. So why the fuck are you so mad? Because of Juventus. He needs to do what he considers is best for him.
I was with half heart to bring Lukaku back. Because the brings a degree of certainty in our attack. But those 40m and his salary is too much for our possibilities. And because he is already 30yo this year and we have no idea how he will age. We could have a big albatross contract if he decline Nainggolan style.

My 2 cents about what happened. Marotta probably tried, as the most here advocate, a game of chicken with Chelsea, until they reduce their pretentions. Probably also, they told Lukaku to take a bigger paycut that he want. At the end of the day, probably nobody is wrong. The conditions cannot be fulfilled from one side or another. It happens.
Exactly this. Why are the same people who were crying about him potentially arriving now upset at him joining Rube? This is what you wanted no? If he’s as bad as you guys make him out to be why are you so concerned?

Entire San Siro chanting uomo di merda at Lukaku would make him melt and cry to the refs.

My boy has no idea of what's going to hit him. This is unprecedented and the fucker unreservedly had the Curva sing his name.

He's lucky this isn't the 90s, he'd not be able to leave his house...
With the history we have against our ex players, he will score a hat trick against us and silence us all.

Don't have one.
Eddy Veerus, the guy that sings one of the Inter songs, said that 3 weeks ago a teammate of Lukaku asked him, if he can see Lukaku at Milan, and Eddy said "Cmon now, it makes no sense", and then the Inter player said that, Lukaku is capable of it and that he does whatever his mom tells him.
Now, this was probably at the Bastoni wedding. There were Barella, Handa, Cordaz, Darmian and of course Bastoni.
Part about his mom makes total sense. There is nothing worse in this world than a man without character whose life is directed in the shadows by a dominant woman. Those men you can't even call friends, let alone professionals. And we had to deal with two of those types of mofos in the last couple of years.

Wait, so he is angry on Limone, for what?? Limone should be blamed only cause he fielded this donkey in the second half of the final which cost us victory in the end. What a miserable cunt this guy is.
Thank you for saying this so succinctly. The fuck'n cunt cost us the final and he has the gall the blame Simone for not starting him.

He talked to them before a CL final. Not sure if you can only say "it happens", because you need to be self sabotaging idiot to let your club's main rival to destabilize you like that and affect your performance.

He is either shameless or mental. Inter should've stayed away from him after selling him to Chelsea.

He was upset by Inzaghi not starting him, that's why he couldn't concentrate on those two occasions. Unleashing my inner Nostradamus, I'm 100% sure if Inzaghi started him he was gonna score that header and we were the Champions of Europe now.

Who’s advising this guy? Or is he making these decisions himself? Because it seems he’s on a mission to burn all bridges with whatever is left in his professional career.

My prediction is he ends up in Saudi Arabia as no one in Europe, even the old cunt from Turin, want nothing to do with him.

When you think about it, Juve is the perfect fit. Play to 0-0, then get the routine questionable penalty in the box in the 87min. Lukaku coverts the penalty surprise, surprise another 3 pts for the criminals!

Rube is the perfect fit , because there is no UCL, no Cup finals to choke on. Just plain 1 match a week and 11M€ net wage.

Juve can bully us with monstrous wage offers, we are doing the same to Milan, but on a smaller scale for example we got Thuram for 1M€ extra . But they are doing it on another level. 2M€ more for Bremer, 4M€ more to Lakaka etc. Their wage budget is so much bigger than us remember they had DeLigt and Ronaldo at some point.

And why is everyone afraid of Lukaku in the derby? We can silence him, we have the best defenders in the league for that. If you think he will be motivated, think about Darmian -Bastoni and Acerbi. Our italian core knows every detail of his game.

Lukaku will struggle against top5 , always has . But he is the perfect man for 5th to 20th. This is his only side worth of 40M€

Look up the pattern of lakaka - and you'll see it happens more often then not he chokes in the most important stages of games. Wether he'd start or not would not make that much of a difference.

Also don't forget the lakaka meme happened long before the CL final - ;)

Because of all the history we had with Lukaku. All the things he has said.

We were doing everything possible trying to get the deal done, trying to give him a nice way out of his situation and this fucking CUNT negotiates with our eternal rivals simultaneously. Just for the case. It's unforgivable to me.

Sure……but you were also so vehemently against the deal that you personally shouldn’t be upset in any way shape or form no? If I didn’t want a player to come to Inter I wouldn’t give a shit what happened so long as he doesn’t come here and even better if he goes to our rivals. Calm down fella and go celebrate!

Not really, think of it like this, if JZ joined rube before he retired even he won't be able to play anymore, you cool with that?

Obviously Lukaku can't even see JZ's tails light in a not retarded inter fan's eye.

Or even Veiri joined Milan back then.

Why would this need to be explained?

The main question I have is did Ausilio, Marotta, or Zhang not know that Lukaku or his lawyer/agent were at least inquiring about the Juve move?

I mean his agent/lawyer is meant to act in his best interest, so would have at least had to communicate that Juve did make an offer.

The other question I have is how did they finally find out and how did they know the time frame of negotiations between Lukaku and Juve?

Many here have mentioned that Lukaku inquiried about a move to Juve since before the CL final. But is this accurate?

I am glad!

At the same time I can be pissed to Lukaku for acting the way he did.

I have this question too
Because if Lukaku was playing Inter by making it seem like he wanted the move but was engineering one with Juve quietly than that’s highest order of betrayal.

If Lukaku communicated that he needs to look out for himself and will entertain offers from any club and made it known to Inter that they better hurry, than I have no problem with that.

But if a Lukaku was deceiving Inter and wasting their time then that is sabotage. It’s hurting your former club for the sake of Juve.

BTW I watched Luis Figo’s documentary and his move to real was engineered by his agents not really by him. Flores agents i think showed up at his resort and basically ambushed him to sign the deal. Very different to what Lukaku appears to have done.

This is what is most confusing to me.

Guy is hated by every club he played for (plus his own country). Among the neutrals, he's one of the biggest memes and most ridiculed players in world football. He is notoriously mentally fragile and needs to be coddled, constantly told he's the man and made to feel loved and appreciated.

Inter is the one place in his career where he had that. Where the fanbase (at least a large part of it) had his back and supported him. Where the club, coach and teammates were willing to forgive him for letting them down on the biggest stage, and invest considerable money for him. And this is what he does?

Why? For a few extra million at juve? Money he was willing to give up as recently as a week ago? Because he's upset he didn't start the CL final?

I'm simultaneously ecstatic that we're not signing him yet bewildered by his behaviour. For someone as weak and needy as him, a stable and supportive environment should be his highest priority.

My guess is this: he's simply so tone-deaf he doesn't understand the implications of giving his agent (the lawyer) permission to speak to other clubs which might include Juve. Agent is looking for more money of course as at Inter the salary would even go down. And this lawyer doesn't seem to be too savvy with the football world and Italy so speaking and negotiating with Juve against Inter wasn't a big deal for him.

And these guys maybe thought it would stay as a secret they had agreement with Juve?

Lots of guesswork to make some sense out of this. I don't really think Lukaku is truly BAD person, I think he's just so fucking selfish and most of all, tone-deaf.

You guys overthink too much about what happens inside a footballer player's head. Specially someone who has a history of making a clown out of himself.
