Crespo was signed after inter gave acqua to them. The motta and milito deal was sealed before crespo. Crespo was actually going to fiorentina before genoa after securing acquafresca and flocarri offered him more money to join them.

Milito is not one dimmensional player. Eto'o might look like one, when he played at Barca, but couple people here(including me, Adam) were suprised when Eto'o started to play for us. Even if he is not a creative player(and he's not) he offers much more, than Crespo or Cruz did.

Same goes with Mario and Arnautovic(probably, we have to wait for that, but from what we heard...).
