First matchthread this year, no dissing of Rocchi. He was earning his bread for his family. I just want people to understand where we came from. Enjoy this Lautaro.

Lets get this qualification sorted!!

That's just you. I kinda like Guarin.

The title and the OP makes this thread looks like a memorial thread. The only thing that is missing, is one minute of silence.

Guarin was just Barella in a shittier team. To me they are almost interchangeable.

I am shocked at how much disrespect Barella gets on this forum along with Dimarco and Bastoni. I don’t even know if people are watching our games by now.

I won’t even get into that comparison between Barella and Guarin. Barella reached more in half a career than Guarin in his whole career.

There's been a strong anti-Italian player bias here since forever.

Even Candreva received more criticism than he should have gotten.

I think I have the same stance on Barella as most of you. It's you guys that are underrating Guarin. He would've been a monster under Conte or Inzaghi

Come on man. Barella has been quite a disappointment so far in this season in overall but he's a superior player to Guarin. The latter was very physical, but his lack of intelligence will never let him join the same level as likes of Barella. This is such a disrespect to Barella from your side.

It really isn't disrespect, I'm also the same guy that said you can find quality players in Serie B and got lambasted by some forum members for that.

I truly have a better opinion on professional football players than most people here because I know that it takes a lot to get to this level.

Guarin was a hothead, which sometimes worked in his favour and sometimes didn't. I'm not saying he was world class, but neither was he the bumbling idiot some of your remember him as. There have been a bunch of worse performing midfielders at Inter AFTER Guarin left. Not even going to apologize for that.

that's one thing and it's fair, but to compare him to Barella is off.

The point was alone regarding Guarin and Barella, and IMHO putting these two in the same sentence is a crime. I liked Guardin so much during that time, because I appreciated his efforts although he lacked brains at times which made him commit stupid things, and this is why I don't see him joining elite midfielders like Barella.

Speaking of the match:

Marko Arnautovic has recovered from the injury and today trained alongside his teammates, Inzaghi will call him up for Wednesday's match Salzburg vs Inter
Via: FcInterNew

Carlos Augusto, Bastoni, Frattesi and Alexis Sánchez would be the starters for Wednesday's match between Salzburg vs Inter in the Champions League, Inzaghi's intention is to balance the squad.

Arnautovic's return from injury is such a great news. Whether he's going to pick up his form is another thing, but at least we are going through a good moment and that will certainly help him to get back on track.

Sociedad most likely will beat Benfica at home. Not the best time to rotate/ or balance the team.
